FreshCo! Managers, please ensure that the products are labeled in the official languages of Canada. I went to your store today to get turmeric. It was labeled Amla Haldi instead. So when I went to self check out and tried to pay for it, the system couldn't find turmeric. Please stop labeling products in Punjabi. I understand there's a large Punjabi population, but there's an even larger English customer base. Please do not be sp exclusive.

FreshCo is NOT so fresh. Look at all the expiry dates on everything including vitamins. Everything is weeks away from expiring even parmasan cheese, whole black pepper.

I shop here often as I’m always pleased with the variety’s d prices. Would recommend hiring staff that have customer service personality as a strength. Today Sumitra , March 15, 2:30pm, (at least that’s close to her exact name), had such an unfriendly look to us- a young girl had to wait to pay for her Oreos, and Sumitra showed such indifference, unfriendliness to her. She chews gum with het mouth open (quite unpleasant) and when it was my turn to go through her line, she spit her gum out by opening her mouth right in front of me and allowed it to drop into the garbage can, saliva drips and all- gross!🤢
She said thank you and spoke with an acceptable tone, but I think there are friendlier , more professional people out there who deserve a chance to work in customer service who actually make a difference with their friendliness.more coaching and training for Sumitra I would say .

I was shopping with my wife today as soon as we enter we start picking our fruits and vegetable and believe it or not I was picking some banana and suddenly I saw a lady heading towards me very fast and told me in a loud rude way (ARE YOU PLAYING WITH THE BANANA ) can’t describe the position she puts me thru and I told her be respectful and don’t talk to customers like that I was only choosing which one I pick , I asked about a a manger to complain and unfortunately she was the manager her name is Natalia , I never in my life faced this kind of aggressiveness and impolite and unprofessional way , never visit again knowing I was shopping regularly in this supermarket

Good prices for fresh halal meat but other grocery items are but expensive as compared to to other grocery markets.

The sales are great however the staff are so rude the cashiers bring their anger on other customers. This management needs serious work and employees need rehabilitation.

Kinda big in size but it hardly ever busy. Only 1 counter open though, the rest is self checkout.
They advertised a price match but didn't actually honor the promise. They sold a pint of blueberry but it was actually more expensive than a 2 pints that was sold in Walmart. Because Walmart sold it as 2 pints and they sold it as a pint they said it wasn't the same item. Even though they are both non organic somehow Freshco thought blueberries in 1 pint are different from blueberries in 2 pints.

What a joke of a store. You should be ashamed to run such a sloppy establishment. This used to be a nice Safeway before you changed it to a freshco. Isle markers are a suggestion at best. Store layout is abysmal. Went to ring up butter at the self checkout and item not found. This place is such a joke same with all the freshco and chalo locations sold out to the newcomers. You couldn't pay me to come in here again.

They don't honour their flyers and aren't even knowledgeable about what's on sale in their own flyers... To top it off, they tried charging me $9.00 for a product that's $5.99, gst on said item would be .30 CENTS not $3 dollars... Something is very wrong there...
