I went in to return an item I got online and it turns out you can only return these items to Chinook or downtown! Anyway - I was in a bit of a rush but three of their very helpful staff members helped me to print off the return slip and package it up and directed me to the Canada post just down the stairs. I really appreciated their help!

Apparently not a real Gap.
Cannot return any items from a "normal gap" because they are an outlet store, even though none of the signage says outlet.
Terrible service trying to return something that was a gift for a 3 month old baby.

Staff was great. But apparently you can’t return OR exchange anything purchased online at this store. Any other Gap in Calgary. Not. This. One. Ridiculous.

Went into the gap for the first time in what has to be 25 years. I see they are still hanging in there with all the same fashions as back then. It still feels like the Ross Gellar / Chandler Bing wardrobe room from Friends. Honestly guys it’s time to update things a little. Fashions have changed everywhere but at the gap.Can’t comment on the service as I didn’t buy anything. I was the only person in the store though and wasn’t offered any help or even a greeting.Maybe I’ll try again in another 25 years.

Staff are always nice and helpful. The store is clean and organized most of the time. I usually shop my little boys clothes here and online. Great deals and excellent quality.

the staff at this place is terrible, they made me feel horrible, i spent money at the store by my wife's choice, otherwise i wouldn't even bother. I will definitely not return

Went in today for a return for the first time ever. The manager was really nice and I received the best customer service ever! Thank you and I will come back again for sure.
