An employee whose name I didn’t catch went out of her way to find an item for me. Despite their computer saying they were sold out of the size I needed she went and checked (I didn’t ask her to do this) and she found one! Made my day! Thank you!

I just went to get a pair of shorts at the store and all the workers were incredibly helpful. I cannot remember the name of who helped me in the change room, but she was such a hype girl. I found exactly what I wanted and more!

I love this location so much especially because of the employees. They were all so sweet and so helpful they need a raise fr. The ones that helped us out were kiauna and amanda they were so sweet and helpful.

Was in last night to get some cute summer tops , Rita was so so kind helped me in the change rooms and was so lovely made me feel very comfortable and gave lots of outfit suggestions. Will definitely return thanks to her incredible customer service !

When I went this weekend, I had such an amazing experience. A girl named Selena helped me find everything i need and made me feel so welcomed, and even suggested things that could make my fits even better. Id recommend this location to anyone and thank you Selena for being so amazing to me that day.

Walked in 2 days ago. Spent almost $400 for my sister's gift, Worst customer service ever. Cashier was so rude. A bit of racist, was nice to the other white girl, while when I asked a question she changed her tone and body language, as if she didn’t want to help me at all. So disappointed, will tell my sister and her friends to never shop there anymore.

A month ago me and my friend came here looking for an outfit for a concert. Everyone working were super friendly and complimentary. The girl helping my friend choose some clothes gave her a variation of choices to look through to put out perfect outfit together for the night! Thank you SO much😊

Store management has no idea what's goin on. Neha the store manager..... bodyshamed My girlfriend while we were visiting the store. I was quite shocked, I will never go there again. Management needs to clean out the team and hire a whole new staff cuz I know them sales ain't lookin good too.

Never in my life have I felt more unwelcome in an establishment than I did in this store. I am not in the habit of writing any kind of review, good or bad, but I have not been able to get my experience here out of my mind. Me and a friend went in to find a particular item. Not only were we completely ignored by all the staff, but once we found the item on our own, we were denied a fitting room outright. The employee we asked simply just said no. We ended up making our way to the fitting rooms on our own and were able to use one (a big ask in there, I suppose). Once we made our way through that chaos, we had to wait through an entire other mess at the checkout in dealing with another worker who clearly had no idea what she was doing. After finally making it out of this catastrophe of a store, my friend and I both vowed to never go back to this location. I have no expectation of a red carpet rolled being out for me in any store; I can even handle being left to my own devices. But to feel the apathy and judgement of a store’s workers firsthand? This is a new level of unacceptable. I am writing this review as a warning to others: for your own sake, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Would rate zero if I could
Went in with my girlfriend to buy some items, and was one of the worst shopping experiences i’ve had. At checkout ready to pay, instead of helping us at checkout (no self checkout) had 3 employees just look at us while continuing to do their tasks on the side not even attempting to help. It was not busy. I to work in retail in market mall and your priority should ALWAYS be your customer, that would absolutely not slide at my workplace. After waiting some time at checkout we tried using a birthday voucher for $5 off however you needed to spend atleast $50 to use it. We were spending over $50 but the lady said one of our items did not count for some reason and we were short 5 cents… When asking if I could buy a bag for 15 cents to cover she said that also did not count and prompted us to buy something more expensive. Better to shop online or other locations for better customer service.
