The service department is hit or miss which cannot be when you’re a luxury brand. I booked an appointment for just an oil change. They picked up my vehicle and left me with a loaner. During said oil change, I received texts recommending an alignment and a brake fluid flush. This being a month after I had already done an alignment. And a brake fluid flush/replacement being due at 100k kilometres per the scheduled maintenance guide; my vehicle being 60k kilometres away. I also wanted them to raise the low beam headlights, as they were incredibly low causing issues with vision at night. Per the Genesis G70 forums, the vehicles do come with slightly low centred low beams. The useless service technician stated it was within specifications, when it CLEARLY WASN’T. I ended up doing it myself. The second time I booked an appointment for another oil change. They repeated the alignment and brake fluid flush recommendations. So they clearly do not keep records of what their customers tell them. I then asked them to email me the scheduled maintenance guide only to be given the run around and never receive it. They do clean my rubber floor mats each time which is appreciated and try to give me a car wash too, but I prefer to wash my car myself. They do also refill the gas to the level it was when the car was picked up, and at times have given me free gas when it’s been really low. The Genesis valet service is a huge plus too.

We had a great buying experience with Don. It’s very difficult to get service. Voicemails, emails, and text messages you constantly have to follow up because they don’t answer or follow through on requests. They’re unapologetic about it and don’t seek to improve customer service quality. “We are busy” is not a valid excuse for not answering customer inquiries, this should be paramount. I don’t feel like an important customer, more so a bother and that I should be just thankful for what I get. This isn’t the type of behaviour I would expect from a luxury car brand. Every dealership is busy and I’ve never experienced this at other dealers not even from Hyundai, Kia and Honda. I don’t think I can give 5 stars just for my buying experience. I take all into account. I don’t regret the purchase at the moment but time will tell.

We bought our first GV80 from Genesis North Calgary and recently had an issue and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received!
Caryn Senar and her Manager were exceptional in their service. Caryn was very detailed in walking me through the process, explaining the issue in detail, and keeping me updated throughout the repair. They ensured everything was handled efficiently.

Can never seems to get a hold of service department by phone. unless I show up physically to the building to make an appointment I would never get a call back even if I leave a message to them a week ago. Customer service is Garbage.

I recently had my GV70 in for an oil change and to put my winter tires on. Although there was a very slight delay getting the winter tires on, Aleyka was terrific at keeping me well informed and insuring that customer satisfaction is her number one priority. I won’t hesitate to bring my GV70 back for service in the spring!

We had an issue with our new car, and working with the sales manager and service manager was an absolute pleasure. The issue was resolved and a very timely manner and it was an overall positive experience. We have bought 2 cars from this dealership and I am sure will do it again.

To preface this - I would give the sales and delivery team 5 stars.
I am very disappointed with my Genesis GV70 experience, especially after a great start with sales and delivery. Three months into ownership, my dash and heads-up display stopped working. Although Genesis Roadside Assistance was excellent, the service department’s follow-up has been poor. I was informed that my car needed a new display, but despite ordering the part, I’ve been without my vehicle for over seven weeks with no clear update or communication. Additionally, a hailstorm caused damage to my car while in their care, which I only discovered after contacting them myself. The lack of communication and delay in addressing these issues is unacceptable for a luxury brand. I am now questioning whether I would want another Genesis vehicle and am now having to deal with an insurance claim for the damage incurred. I urge Genesis to improve their customer service and communication within their service department.

Fantastic service from the service and the sales department. Sales was hassle and pressure free when I purchased a few years ago, and service has been amazing. I'd highly recommend anyone curious about Genesis to look into them at this dealership.
Caryn and the entire Genesis services team always go the extra mile and are an absolute pleasure to interact with. Most recently, TJ was a delight who handled the courtesy car drop-off (which is an amazing perk).
If the service stays at this level, and the cars stay amazing, then I don't see myself ever switching to another brand!
