Customer experience dropping ,, prices increasing , too big a push to rush you through self server cash out. Floor staff stocking items, precieve you as an inconvenience, avoidance to interacting ,causing clients to physically reroute their shopping pathways throughout the store.
Hope GT rethinks mentoring and training towards a more welcoming enivorment for their clientele.

Recently accidentally dropped my debit card at the cashier's till, didn't realize it till next day and had to try retrace my steps. I realize Giant Tiger was the last place I used it and phone them five to nine the next night and they have it and stayed open 10 minutes extra for me to get there to retrieve my card. Thank you very very much Giant tiger!!

We go here before Walmart. They seem to have better prices on the same stuff. And the staff are always friendly. Never a 😞 when you're going in there. They're always friendly and willing to help whenever need it.

I love this store, unfortunately there is only 1 location that is not too far from my city but for me it was worth the drive. The store has anything you would need at very reasonable prices. It's not a high cost store. I wish they would open more stores in Alberta.

Horrible filthy disgusting. garbage strewn everwhere at the entrance, homeless sleeping by the door. in the meat section they had whole chickens the legs were poking out of the plastic wrap and green. the whole place smelled like cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and dont shop here!

From the look of the outside of the store, you would figure it's a discount store. It's really not. Having such a large property, I cant seem to find what I was looking for. A little disappointed myself.

I shopped regularly here and enjoyed my findings.
I also have family in Red Deer and they really would like a store brought back. Alot after people wonder why you closed the one store down in Red Deer

They have accused me of stealing lip gloss when I never went near the lip gloss aisle they started judging me and giving me look for me and my friend that I was with me, I did not appreciate that so I left they were extremely racist towards me and my friend they held so much rudeness.

I used to go to giant tiger all the time. Since they took out the big selection of kids clothes, I had to look elsewhere to find all my grandsons clothes. since they revamped the store. Considering I loved and told everyone else that's the only place I shop. I'm very sad,
