If we were able to give 10-star reviews, GIGANTELLI'S AUTO would get 20 stars. My wife had just picked up her mom at Foothills Hospital from surgery and had an accident in the parking lot. She needed to get to a mechanic ASAP as she was leaking fluids. Driving into Gigantelli's at 5:15 pm on Monday was a life-changing experience. Joe and his family took such care of us and the car that we felt like we were a part of their family. They evaluated the damage on Tuesday, provided us with an estimate, and informed us that some parts would need to be sourced from Vancouver and Edmonton. We were also told that we would likely receive the car back after the long weekend.
I am not sure what kind of miracles they pulled off, but they worked all night Tuesday & Wednesday and had the car back in my wife's hands Thursday afternoon. WOW !!! Joe commented that he understood that, given my mother-in-law's need for continued medical attention over the next week, it was essential to get the car back to us as soon as possible. WOW-WOW !!!
As my wife was driving home, the air conditioner stopped working, and water was leaking into the front seat. We took the car back, explained the situation, and they took it in to look at. We went home, and a few hours later, Gigantelli's called to say the car was ready for us to pick up. Just a hose was blocked (nothing from the accident), and they not only fixed it but also, since they live in the same area as we do and it was the end of the day, they brought us the car after work.
Their door-to-door service, family-oriented approach, and above-and-beyond service are why we are now customers for life.

Joe, Tony, Jon and their team are the absolute best. We've been taking our cars for service, maintenance, and repair here for over 10 years. They are honest and trustworthy, get us in fast when there's an emergency, and always take the time to explain their recommendations for work to be done. Everyone I've recommended Gigantelli to has the same positive review.

I had an excellent experience at Gigantelli Auto Services. Joe and Tony are two of the nicest people I've ever met and I could tell they take a lot of pride in their work. The prices for the services were also more than fair, especially compared to quotes I received at other shops, and they were super flexible with my schedule, despite being super busy themselves.
As a newcomer to Calgary, I am extremely grateful to have found an auto shop I can trust and will absolutely go back for future services to my vehicle.

Thanks to Tony and Joe, I recently had an outstanding experience with Gigantelli Auto Services. Despite my limited knowledge of cars, I described the issues I was experiencing, and they took it from there. Initially, they ordered the part I thought was needed. After a few hours of diligent work, they discovered that a different part was required, and the originally ordered parts were unnecessary. Tony and Joe kept me informed at every step of the way. They promptly arranged to return the unneeded part and ordered the correct one. Throughout the entire process, they were efficient, prompt, and exceptionally kind.
What stood out the most was their integrity and customer service. I highly recommend Gigantelli Auto Services to anyone in need of reliable, honest, and professional auto repair services. Tony and Joe have certainly earned my trust and future business!

Just brought my gmc terrain in last week with a lot of issues. Everyone here took top care of my vehicle. Was extremely quick with diagnosing every issue it had (which was a lot) and went into great detail about every issue what caused it and what it would take to fix it. With all the issues it had they had a very quick turnaround on it as well. They got it back into full working order within a day and a half and drives even better than the day i got it. The customer service was the best. They all just make you feel like family and thats hard to come by these days. Cannot recommend Gigantelli Auto Services more.

3rd time using the shop - great team who have always been friendly and understanding of our situation. Explains everything nicely and keeps in contact as and when needed. I travel further than I should to come to these guys for anything I can’t do myself out of pure trust! Would recommend for sure.
