I went there today with a windshield chip from a rock . Didn’t even take one good look at the chip the guy said I need a windshield replacement . He sweared there is nothing he could do . That “it’s wayyyyyyyy too big for him fix “” .
Went to a deco repair nearby and one look the guy said it’s totally fixable and he did .
So yeah — if you want someone who treats your windshield like a total-loss insurance claim for a speck of dust, go to Glassmasters. If you actually want your glass fixed, go anywhere else.

They’d take a look at my windshield as it was leaking. They looked at it, sealed it and didn’t charge me. What a nice surprise! My mechanic recommended this location and now I know why! Thank you!

I went in for an estimate for chips/cracks on my windshield. The guy who did the “assessment” looked at it for two seconds and said they don’t do fixes like that here. Honestly doubt his reliability as he looked young and seemed like he was just too lazy to do it. I went to 3 other places who told me it was fixable just gave me different prices and expectations.

Wade and the boys are the best in the industry. My truck got broken into, both side windows smashed. Within 24 hours of it happening they got me back on the road rolling. Could not be happier with the quality and pricing of service, I highly recommend this to anyone needing door windows replaced. 10/10 guys

Excellent service today! Friendly, quick and affordable, I highly recommend them. I got a pretty brutal rock chip this morning, and they had it fixed in 20 minutes. The windshield replacement estimate was very reasonable as well!

I had a rock chip repaired here in February. Bad experience overall.
The man at the front desk was rude. He kept telling me to come back and seemed angry the entire time.
When I was finally able to squeeze in for a repair, they did a rush job. A few months later it seems like there are still air pockets around the crack and some of the resin is coming out.
These guys are in the business of selling windshield replacements ($$$), so if you’re looking for a repair, find someone who specializes in repairs.

Last week, I had a window on my 2003 Honda Odyssey left driver's side passenger automatic door shatter as I drove on Stoney Trail. GlassMasters in NW Calgary (Royal Oak area) gave me a reasonable quote, ordered the glass and installed my new window glass within a week of my incident. They did a great job and kindly answered my questions concerning the new instalation. I highly recommend this shop for your auto glass needs.

Had a rockchip in our new windshield (installed at Glassmasters Sherwood park) coming in to Calgary. Glassmasters in Calgary got us in quickly for the rock chip repair and did a great job, getting us back in the road. Thank you for the great service!

I made an error when booking the appointment (wasn’t aware my windshield required recalibration). Wade the manager was very professional and made sure to get me in for the next day. He explained everything and even showed me where the camera was on my car. The following day I brought my car in early and it was done before my appointment time even started! That’s impressive. They also added new glue to my dash cam and moved the stickers to the new one without me asking. I would highly recommend this location! Thanks Wade and team.

I got an online quote and chose to pay extra for mobile service so I didn’t have to miss work. I appreciated that the Installer arrived within the service window and was done in less than 30min.
Unfortunately, though I requested Clear Armor, and was quoted for same, this wasn’t included on the work order and therefore wasn’t applied.
UPDATE: Excellent customer service! Upon notifying the store manager of the issue, he personally came out and applied the Clear Armor the next morning. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - they stand by their promise and deliver.
