Went for COVID shot. Very quick and easy. Pharmacist was thorough. Ensuring our medical condition was safe for the vaccine. We go to Costco and Superstore to fill our prescriptions. Thinking of moving my entire family including my parents to Global IDA for more personal service and advice.

Poorly-organized and poorly-run pharmacy. Was there for a scheduled appointment for COVID vaccination, but upon arrival and after waiting in line, we were then told the Pfizer vaccine doses didn't arrive, and all customer appointments that day had to be cancelled and rescheduled. No calls, emails, or text notifying us about the cancellation either. Save your time and frustration, just get vaccinated elsewhere.

We used to go to Costco for our prescriptions. But this drug store is just next to clinic of our family doctor. Due to a recent impact of flu, we have been using the service of this store several times because of its convenient location. The staff are friendly, and professional. And the waiting time is much shorter than our past experience at different Costco stores. A very good alternative to me.
