For the stuff that is donated there. The people that are pricing stuff are pricing it at regular pricing. These thrift stores are getting out of hand with the pricing. Especially especially when these are donated items. For donated items nothing should be over 30 dollars

EDITED SEPT 6 2023This is a nice store but I had an experience today that soured me on it. I walked in with a bag and a newer Indian male security officer I didn't see before told, not asked but told me to leave it at the front. I obliged of course but throughout my visit I couldn't help but notice all of the women and poc's wearing longer clothing, burkas, purses, large handbags being allowed to keep theirs with them. When I left and got my bag back from the nice cashier I didn't see the security officer demanding they leave their bags at the front. They actually had their eyes down and were scrolling on their phone as people walked in. I (a white male) like the store and have been coming here often even making donations, so I will return, but it would be nice if this were discussed with the officer in question and/or their employers. This was on May 1 2023 around 5:45 pmEDIT: Changed from 4 star to 2 star due to another experience. I will not be returning and will be donating my items to WINS and/or MCC Sunridge. For anyone who sees this, it was the same situation but with an older man around 70, who I made pleasantries with when I entered but came to me at the register after I clearly paid and asked to see my bag which they said I was to leave at the front. I have not been back since and am not keen to be.

I never been so disappointed with goodwills staff ever before but today some of the staff there needs to be trained on how they talk and treat the customers and not judge people on how they look by their appearance cause today i was walking around looking at stuff and someone was following me and my kids around the store and one of the lady staff there with tattoos told my kids to not touch the toy like come on is that how you guys train your staff to treat people specially with the kids hopefully not i hope you guys talk to your staff and train them better….

If I could give it 0 stars I would do it without thinking about it, I bought a 200 dollar TV that the manager assured me worked, it looked apparently new, I got home and tried it and it didn't work, I came back the next day telling them that it took up my return since the TV did not work as they had told me and they did not make the greatest effort to ask what happened to the TV, which makes me think that they actually sold me the TV and it did not work. I will not buy anything from Good Will again after seeing how they stole my money, since they gave me the refund in whatever merchandise I wanted but not the money.

I came here today to make a donation. I have been donating quite a lot lately. I really like shopping here so this is my choice of place to donate my items. Also I like how they roll a bin out to you at the back to your car. So you don't have to lug everything, especially if you have a full load up to their door.I was at this location donating about 3 weeks ago. I didn't want to come back from the experience I had. I had a car load of stuff I didn't want to get rid of. I am, because I've got no other choice in my current situation. A young man came out with a bin; he didn't greet me, just rolled the bin out, stood beside it, and watched me unload 11 garbage bags of my items and put them in the bin. I tried to make conversation with him, he didn't say anything. He didn't even respond to me when I asked how his day was, not even a thank you for your donation. So I was completely turned off from even coming back to this location to donate my items. They mean something to me. I'm coming here to give you hundreds of dollars worth of my items that I purchased and when you're not even greeted with a hello or a respectful thank you. It's a very big turn off. When donating my items, I want to feel like I'm leaving them somewhere that they're going to be appreciated. I know a lot of people don't care but I take very good care of my items and I want to know that I'm dropping them off to a good place. So when you're dropping off things, and the person doesn't even say hi to you or talk to you, or even have basic communication skills, it gives a really bad impression about where im donating my items and the business. I wish I had gotten his name but I didn't. Please coach your employees on guest services, they represent your business.I went back today with a car load of things and the donation attendant came out with a bin and greeted me with a big smile. He made my experience pleasurable to the point where I did want to come back and and make donations. He came out to my car and helped me take the bags out and put them in the bin. Explained to me what the Goodwill's mission is. And how the funds from the things that are donated are used.I've been coming to Goodwill for a while, 10 years at least and that's the first time anybody has ever explained to me what Goodwill's mission is, and where they contribute the funds. He greeted me with a smile. Helped me with my bags, talked to me, made things pleasurable and made me feel good about donating my items to Goodwill. I will definitely be back, especially if JONAH is the one that is going to be greeting with my donations. I hope he gets recognition for the service he provided today.Thank you Jonah.

Dropped off some donations the other day, Jeff came out with a cart to help. He was very friendly and helpful! Such a unexpected surprise to have excellent customer service these days. He looked me in the eye and asked if there was anything else he could help with! My goodness! Thanks Jeff!

It was an unexpected find in the area where I would never guess to find those gems and super helpful, warm and friendly service. Special thanks to Tatiana, who assisted me with all the details and overview of the store sections, gave me a good guidance on the store items. I would also like to thank Susan for a quick and friendly checkout. Will definitely come back.

This place is a must visit if you're looking for bargains and like to explore. Every time I walk in, something great is found and it puts a smile on my face. Great selection of very good items at super attractive price, plus friendly and supportive staff. Special thanks to Tatiana, Susan and Manjeet. Keep up the good work and the atmosphere. I will be a frequent shopper there for sure. Thank you.
