I had a great experience with Kritika. I only washed my hair but she made it perfect for me. She was just amazing with hair massage tricks and knew what she was doing. Great customer service. Will definitely go there for her services.

They said they are hair stylists, not barbers, and they don't have all the equipment needed to properly shape our hair. They suggested that I go to a barber shop instead. As an ordinary person, I couldn't figure out the difference between these two places. Could you clarify what distinction they were referring to?

I recently visited the Great Clips location at South Trail Crossing and had a terrible experience. After getting a haircut, I developed a rash all over my head, which was uncomfortable and frustrating.
To make matters worse, the hair stylist was incredibly rude when I mentioned that the clippers were hurting me and were too loud. She simply said, "This is how it is," and continued with the haircut, she remained rude throughout the entire experience.
I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received and would not recommend this location to anyone. Great Clips needs to improve their customer service and take better care of their clients. I even sent an email to Great clips complaining about this but haven’t heard back from this location yet.

I had gotten an haircut from them and I am very unpleased with the way my haircut turned out. I truly hate my hair and the result hopefully next time they’ll do better.

For a lower priced haircut I was given the full treatment on cleaning the hair up, making sure no loose hairs left, making sure many times that I was liking how it was looking!

Got in quick. Very friendly, and the hairdresser did a great job. She did exactly what we asked for. Prices were perfect, not too pricey. Postive experience all around.

I took my son in for hair cut.. hes young and likes to throw tantrums. The lady just ran machine on his hair and said she cannot do anything and she was done.. did not even make an effort or ask us to may be take a break to try again or come back another time to fix his hair cut... and charged me full price...very disappointed

Went here today and they gave me nothing like what was in the pictures I showed her, haircut was kind of fast which tells me not much effort was put into it, just looked at the picture ONCE and tried to the remember along the way. Went home crying and I don't think I'll ever come back
