As the old man who is working at this location did not listen on how I wanted the back of my hair cut and cut it way to short as I was not impressed at all with him and how he didn't care about his customers, so not going back to this location unless he is no longer employed there.

Hannah is a talented hairdresser and great conversationalist. I appreciate the time they took to explain how different options would look, as well as providing their expertise. Love the results, I ended up getting about 2-3 inches cut off.

I just have to thank Hanna who works there, for saving my mobility device from being stolen while I was getting my haircut today. If it wasn't for your help running after the person who took it, I'd be out thousands of dollars. You are amazing and I feel truly blessed that you were able to help me. Oh and she gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Thank you so much! You deserve a raise and so much more! The world needs more people like you!

I went in today with a very simple picture of a very simple haircut for women with short thin hair.. the first lady jazz or Jess.. just argued with me the whole time and hacked the crap out of my hair cut it way too short and uneven it and told me this hideous hacked up mess was ALL she could do because of my hair. then she complained that it was my fault and I was being difficult. My friend sat watching in horror and finally walked over, that's when The other lady Lana stepped in and brought me over to her chair and salvage what she could without giving me a buzz cut and Lana did a great job trying to fix it but told me in about 3 months it will be to where I wanted it.... THREE MONTHS!! I'm very grateful she was there to fix it but I left a very very upset and the lady who ruined my hair in the first place even had the nerve to say I should be charged because she had to cut my hair twice and then the other lady had to fix it so I'm pretty sure she wanted to charge me for three haircuts. I would go back to See lana but I would be VERY very careful recommending this place to other people in case they got that jazz or that jess. I've never gone for a haircut and had someone be so presumptuous and so put out that I wanted the haircut I wanted. And so incredibly rude that I didn't want to leave with the mess it was in. She was huffing and puffing and sighing in my ear and I was being polite as I could be trying to explain to her that what she was doing was not what I wanted. As Lana was fixing my hair she told her to go for a break and the lady just looked at me and said yes I need a break now after all this. I know some people can be very rude to deal with especially when they're unsatisfied but I was very very polite to her but the more she insisted that this is my fault and I was wrong and it was my hair's full lol the more angry she got that I was not going to accept having my hair look like it was cut by a three year old. I'm 45 years old it's pretty safe to say I've had a haircut before. I'm new to the city and looking for a stylist and I end up going home and crying my eyes out because my hair is making me feel very self-conscious I honestly do not understand how someone like her can keep a job at a hairdressing salon. Another lady we watched her cut her hair and she left with a terrible haircut as well. Lana if you happen to read this review I thank you very much for doing what you could to fix my hair.

I visited the Beltline branch last Sunday for a haircut. I initially asked for a bangs trim but was convinced to get a general trim. Unfortunately, the stylist cut my hair unevenly in some areas, there’s up to a 3 cm difference between the right and left sides. I’m very sad because, despite trying several hairstyles this week, it still doesn’t look uniform. I’ve always had great experiences with Great Clips in Canada and abroad, but this time I was very disappointed with the technique and the result. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE COMMENTS HERE BEFORE GOING TO GET MY HAIR CUT.

Extremely disappointing experience with the haircut. It felt like the staff were experimenting without proper training—almost as if they had learned through YouTube tutorials. The service was unprofessional, both in communication and behavior. My haircut was poorly done, with uneven lengths and a completely ruined hairstyle. Some sections were left uncut and noticeably longer than others. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
