My girlfriend was not happy with her haircut. The older Asian lady who cut her hair butchered it. She will never go here again. This woman should not cut hair.

I am with them more than 3 years, however there hair dressing is average or standard but I am completely disappointed yesterday. I think hairdresser Lana needs to go for retirement. I usually do scissor cut size 4 in middle and trimmed 2 in sides, however she asked once the size number and trimmed straightway. This is the first time happened with me, however even she did 4 but I didn’t see any difference between the sides 2 and also she did not balance sides. Hairstyle is an art, if anyone rushing or just trimmings is going to be a mass. However I didn’t want to embarrass her, I know my hair will grow again and in couple of weeks it will be adjusted. Best hair cut I had by them as well, Thank you Megan. But LANA !!! WAKE UP !!!!

Before i gave them 5 star . But now I'm giving 1 I wish I could give 1 star too. My husband told the lady my son will cry if you are OK with him ... she said oh yeh it's okh no problem.... but when she started my son was crying she was so rude to my husband oooo I'm getting headache.... and ruin my son's hair finally I made him bold because all hair were unbalanced and looks like someone did accidentally

Been going here for years today I Walked in and sat down as the people were busy I was the only person waiting. During the wait a few others walked in. A man asks a question about an undercut price. Boom he gets checked in and I've been waiting before him. Like I'm invisible. Walked out on the spot and ill never come back. I always tip big here like 50%. Good job!

My husband and I get haircuts here regularly. I got mine cut last week , I was a little disappointed but nothing I couldn't fix at home( not that I should have to). Today my husband got a haircut and it was horrible. He always gets the same cut but this one is a mess, he doesn't like it and I think it looks terrible ! The Asian lady who cut my hair was friendly and had a great personality. However her great personality did not translate into her cutting/styling skills. I wanted a layered style and I had an Uneven haircut. She cut 6 inches of my hair and it was a hideous. I regret coming into this location. My mistake was not reading the reviews and getting swayed by her talks. Instead of feeling good about my haircut, I felt terrible. I regret walking in the door. I cried for hours yesterday after receiving the absolute worst haircut of my entire life! I will absolutely never step foot in your location again. My requests were ignored. I was “served” by the older Asian lady stylist here (I don’t know her name). She cut my hair 2-3 inches shorter than requested (I showed a picture of myself with the hair length exactly how I wanted) and she still couldn’t manage to follow that. Hair cutting process was the weirdest process ever used on my hair (random cutting, no measuring to make sure things were even, not even thoroughly brushing the sections before chopping them ( a 5 yr old could explain why that would obviously turn out uneven). Not one single cut matches another, my haircut is literally hacked. The sides are incredibly uneven. I have booked an appointment at Parallel Lines downtown so hopefully they can fix the uneven layers, and they’ll be getting my 5 star review if they can make this haircut even remotely wearable! I asked clearly for NO SHORT LAYERS - tell me why the top layers of my hair are chin length when I said I only wanted a few layers on the bottom lengths?!? Why is the top of my hair and the bottom of my hair not blended into each other? I have stacks of blunt flat stair-like layers that look like a child tried to do my hair. She also thinned the hell out of my beautifully thick hair. She told me it was too thick. I didn’t know that thinning would mess up my curl pattern, but she should’ve known this as she even mentioned that my hair is naturally curly and I assume she’s licensed although I have no idea how. (Maybe we need to start requiring older hairstylists to requalify and retrain after time). She also thinned the bottom most layer of my hair, so now when I try to put it in a pony tail, tiny 3 inch sections fall down from my ponytail because they are too short. Now it is very thin, chopped atrociously, and really unfixable until it grows out which took two years. Really, the worst. Don’t go here.
