I wanted to surprise my wife with a pair of shoes but the local (Edmonton) Gucci store did not have them in stock. Called Gucci - Holt in Calgary to see if they had her size and they had 1 pair left. I asked to have the shoes put on hold but was told that Gucci is a "high-end boutique" and they don't do holds. No problem, I paid for the shoes over the phone and the associate informed me that the they will be waiting for me at the concierge when I arrive. Drove for 3 hrs only to learn the concierge knew nothing of this. 4 associates looked for the shoes for over half an hour with no luck. Turns out the shoes were never in stock! Why would you sell me shoes that you do not have and make me drive down there?! I was offered a $25 gift card for the inconvenience... What am I supposed to do with that? Buy a shoelace?! This is a 6 hr round trip. A complete waste of time and money due to incompetence. Sales accociates at The Dollar Store are more organized than this "high-end circus"! Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Don’t shop at the Calgary location, waste of time. Terrible service, staff are always on their phones don’t pay attention if there’s a customer in the boutique.THE WORST IS THE MANGER I THINK SHE GOES BY THE NAME BARBRA WHITE, RUDE, ARROGANT, RACIST.

We visited this store because me and my friends wanted to purchase a purse. Tyler helped us he was very friendly and knowledgeable about GUCCI products! I asked if its ok to try and fit my phone on one of the purses and he said that he wants to make sure that we would enjoy our purchase so he did let me. I also asked if its ok that my friend try on a belt. My friend ended up trying on 3 belts! He was very patient in answering all of our questions and it never bothered him that we were throwing him so many questions all at the same time. Ended up buying one purse and a belt! We enjoyed our conversations and laughs with Tyler. It was truly a great shopping experience!!!

Today I went there and even though the sales lady saw me she didn't open the Que belt. And after waiting outside the store for like 10 minutes I decided not to go inside it. Will not recommend shopping in person into that store.

Spoke to a salesperson on phone about an item for Christmas gift. He was so helpful and pleasant and put a few sizes aside for me. Seriously he is a keeper. Wow.Drove to the store today from out of town. The two sales people working were staring at their phones and didn’t seem to notice me for a few minutes. When I rudely interrupted one from her phone eventually products were brought up. Very terse with me. Where was the helpful warm experience I was looking forward to? Honestly I get treated better at Dollarama.I left without any products due to the poor service. I told her I was unhappy with the service and she basically shrugged. My problem I guess….1.5 hours of my life I will never get back. Rude treatment was just a bonus.
