It's a downtown office building.
It's been under renovation for months. Parking is currently also under renovation and difficult.
Most of the +15 businesses are closed.

They are always revamping this place. Very accessible even in winter times, its even connected to the +15. They have parking lots for days. Wheel chair accessible for the have ramps and elevators through out the building. You name it GCS got it. Optometrist, dry cleaning, barbershop, gym, Tim's, and they even have a daycare on the first floor, to think its an office building. Maybe one day they will have a grocery store there too.

What is the meaning of having an appointment. I had and appointment at 10.10 and had to wait for 1 hour. I told them I have to reach work and she told me you can leave. No respect for anyone's time.

I've worked in this building for a while and the security team needs a real talking to. I've gotten a shrill whistle and a harsh pointing at the door when I leave my office close to 6 since they're closing down the first floor (despite me already being in the process of leaving the building).Absolutely unacceptable behavior. You do not treat people (additionally: people leasing a space in your building) like that.
