I had a very disappointing experience with a return at this store today. I submitted my return online, and the confirmation email clearly stated that I could return the item in-store as well.
The employee who assisted me, Parker, told me that once a return label is issued, the store cannot accept the return. While explaining my situation, his attitude and tone were unprofessional—he was shaking his head and came across as dismissive, which felt quite rude.
Thankfully, the manager stepped in and resolved the issue quickly. She explained that all we needed to do was show the original receipt QR code, and the return was completed without any problem.
I appreciate the manager’s help, but the employee clearly needs better training before handling customer interactions.

I usually don’t write a review but this costumer service lady at this H&M store made my morning bad she was showing a very bad attitude very rude that i felt guilty shopping at this store PLEASE. Train your staff before hiring them that how to behave with costumers otherwise it will be a loss of customers for your business.by the way her name is (Loisa)

I was at the H&M store yesterday and the cashier had a serious attitude!!!!Definitely not someone I'd put in a customer-facing job. Honestly, none of the staff were friendly or welcoming. Not sure what was going on, but the whole vibe was off. I won't be going back to that location.

I would not recommend coming to this store. Each time I have visited this location, most of the staff have been unpleasant and unwelcoming. On this occasion, I had purchased a cardigan a few days ago, realizing I wanted to exchange it for a slightly bigger size. As it seemed a little unnecessary to go to the change room for it, I was going to quickly try it on over my tank top in front of the mirrors. One of the workers walked by, rudely insisting that I must try it on in the change rooms. She did not approach me professionally and politely as a customer would reasonably expect. Her request was reasonable but her tone and attitude was inappropriate. The worker in the change room was also unfriendly (on more than one occasion), not even saying one word or looking at me. A simple “hi” or small acknowledgment is all that’s needed. This is disappointing as they have some nice things in their store, but this kind of treatment has not made me want to return to the store.

Staff must not be treat well. Lots of unhappy workers. It was midday on a Wednesday so not busy. Person in the fitting room barely acknowledged me when they put me in a room. Person checking me out stuffed my items into a bag and threw the receipt in. No folding no smiles anywhere. If you want to keep people coming to your store instead of just buying online, do better.

Today, I had a very disappointing experience at your Southcentre Mall store.
After making a purchase, including some non-exchangeable items, we asked to try on a few pieces. An employee — who claimed to be the manager but refused to give her name and was not wearing any name badge — denied us access to the fitting rooms, stating that the store was closing in 20 minutes.
Her attitude was particularly rude and aggressive, not only toward us but also toward other customers present at the time. I stood in front of the fitting room camera to document the exact time and, hopefully, the behavior she displayed.
I encourage you to review the footage to witness firsthand how this employee treated customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and seriously damages your brand’s image.
I kindly ask that you inform me of any actions taken following this complaint.

I love shopping at H&M and have always had great experiences—until today. I encountered the worst customer service I’ve ever received at this store. Throughout the checkout process, Parker’s tone was not exactly friendly/welcoming. At checkout, Parker asked me if I wanted a bag. I responded with “sure,” but I guess it wasn’t loud enough because he had already turned around while asking. He handed me my receipt, said “have a great day,” and turned away. I said “thank you,” but noticed my items weren’t bagged. Confused, I politely asked, “Oh, can I please get a bag?” Instead of simply helping, Parker rolled his eyes and said, “I asked you earlier and you said no,” in a noticeably unfriendly tone. I clarified that I had said “sure” and offered to pay for the bag, but he just said “No it’s okay. I asked you earlier and you said no” continued to insist that I had said no. I really don’t mind paying for bags at all, but I do think this could have been handled in a much more respectful and professional manner. I understand retail isn’t always easy, but as a customer, I should at least feel welcomed and heard…not dismissed and made to feel like an inconvenience.

Worst customer service ever. I can’t believe how unprofessional and rude the cashier was. Placed something on hold and they’re supposed to hold for 24hrs and I went in under that to buy it and apparently they had put it back earlier in day. Which if they had been kind about and tried to help, I’d have been more likely to be fine with trying to find them in store, but instead the woman argued with me about whether or not I had put it on hold and argued that the policy was 24 hours… which I was within. Then I asked about exchanging my items and she said they do not exchange, not even looking at the items I had to exchange. I would honestly never shop at this location again, would rather drive to any other to avoid being treated like that again. Absolutely appalled. Friend that was with me chose to not purchase her items after the interaction she witnessed happening with me while she was in line because she was so turned away by the treatment from the worker.

The worst experience ever!
I bought a dress for my daughter and paid for it, but then something happened to the receipt machine. The sales lady told me to wait while she went to print a paper receipt. She never mentioned that it was a final sale. Unfortunately, the dress was too small for my daughter, so I returned the next week to exchange it for a bigger size.
To my surprise, I realized she had printed the wrong receipt, and when I asked to exchange the dress, I was told it was a final sale. I asked to speak with the manager, but she claimed she was the manager. Then, another lady came and said she was the manager too, making me wonder if all the employees are managers. I asked Alisha, another manager, to review the security camera footage to verify that she hadn't mentioned the final sale, but she refused to check it.
I feel truly disappointed in a store with a good reputation. This experience was terrible, and the service was unprofessional.

Manager (or supervisor?) Melanie was so lovey and did a return for a faulty product without hassle- much appropriated as the pants were ripping after wearing only once. Great customer service
