Terrible customer service and return policies… will avoid buying H&M despite being a customer for many years

Worse place, worse behaviour, don't know business and customer!
My wife bought a shirt and just 6 days after which is today she went to just change it because it was not properly my size(it was my birthday gift from my wife) , she grabbed the receipt and took them, after 20 minutes even spoke with manger they didn't change it. We didn't want to return it, and I have never been wearing it even one time! I'm so sorry for them and their business. They don't know who is customer and how important! Don't advise you to go to this store!

I’m not sure what the problem is at this location.Lunch time there is always a line-up at the till, and one person working at the cash register (and they all look miserable) Guess what I am too for standing in line 20-30min wasting my lunch time to purchase couple of items and get a H*** out of there, but it’s always like this.Love H&M, unfortunately Very Poor customer service.They could generate more business in this store if they hired better associates with a happier attitude.

I was refused a refund for an online order, even though I was actually entitled to one. In another H&M store, everything was done without any problems. The employees and manager of this store are simply incompetent.

Very Poor customer service! The current department manager over there is not at all helpful, I saw that teenage girl attitude on her face. i think she was Rayna. I asked her if I could talk to a store manager and she said that she is a store manager but actually she was not. Staff seem very less trained as they always have to go and ask someone else.

Clothing with a discount cannot be returned or exchanged for the required size. The size is not subject to validity.what should I do with a small burn?

Visited this store on Black Friday and just wanted to give a shoutout to Munty for making my Black Friday shopping a breeze! He was super friendly, laid-back, and willing to assist me in finding whatever I needed. Even though the store was super chaotic, he was very patient and made sure I didn’t miss out on any discounts. Munty further took time to give me good advice, threw in some suggestions and helped me track down pieces that were totally my style. His customer service overall was fantastic, especially at cash. He was quick, accurate and rocking a genuine smile the whole time. Thanks Munty!:)

I drove all the way there as the website said Market Mall had the jacket & my size was there. It was on the mannequin and I was advised we absolutely cannot remove it from the mannequin as they have to be dressed in a specific size and we cannot replace with another size. If a customer wants to buy the product why not let them purchase it?

The girl at the till was very rude. It was almost 5pm and she was probably in a hurry to leave or something. I asked her to check the price for the items I got because sometimes the tag price and scan price is different when you pick it from the sale rack. I asked her to tell me the prices. She scans them like she's doing me a favor. Then asks "so are you getting them or not?". I said okay can I see them again. She goes away and tells other girl at thetill too, "I'm going to pack that shelf..." or something like that... andI ended up leaving my items and left.. No training in customer service. No "greetings, thank you... have a good day". Just felt insulted walking out
