I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The are often closed even though they are supposed to be open according to their hours online and their phone number goes to someone who claims not to have a store.

Hours say open until 9. Sign on the door says open until 9. Arrived at 7, closed up early. Not very convenient for a convenience store.As a drop off location for shipping services, it’s very annoying bait considering they’re one of the few places “open” supposedly late within a 5km radius. Not reliable

This store is small but great. The owner was really nice. I dropped off some Amazon returns and he was very helpful with them. He has a fully automated UPS system so I got the refund from Amazon almost immediately. Great service!

They weren’t kidding. This place is horrible for parcel pickup. Seriously, don’t bother. The man was nothing but rude and let me know I shouldn’t be there during the store hours because he doesn’t live in Calgary and needs to go home…

I was told by the owner to leave and come back in an hour so that I can pick up my fedex package. It's 10:30 in the morning and they've been open since 9. I love this for me. It absolutely makes my entire weekend to know that your business hours are a bold face lie.

These reviews are not it... FedEx originally lost my package and I was also recently mugged so I only have a Student ID at the current moment. However, the owners were both working today and helped me while insuring they were following the proper protocols in my situation. So grateful!(Every other time I’ve been to Handee the owners are always very kind and present at opening/closing.)

Not open during store hours. Waited for them to get back from break but eventually had to leave as I was freezing waiting outside. Why are they a FedEx drop off/pick up point if they’re not going to follow their own hours?

If i could give zero stars i would. This is the worst fed ex drop off and pick up location ever to exist. The store doesn't answer the phone, they do not open for the hours they are supposed to and fed ex does not seem to care despite being informed. I will likely avoid ordering from fed ex and think this store should be absolutely removed from their list of delivery spots. I have called 6 times today Nad waited outside for a full hour for the store to open from 9am to 10am.
