I ordered some drawer slides and hinges. The initial package was poorly packed and some of the items fell out during shipping. I then noticed they sent me the wrong drawer slides for a portion of my order. I emailed and they sent me new slides but they were still the wrong ones. I then tried calling leaving many voice mails and sent 4 emails trying to get in contact. They would not answer any of my messages.
I would use caution ordering from this vender, they can't get an order right then ignored my messages.
Update July 2024:
I got the drawer slides I ordered in the mail randomly. I wasn't expecting anything since I had hadn't heard from them but was happy to see they fulfilled my order.

Drove there and it's all boarded up and looks like it shut down years ago. Would be nice if they deactivated their Google account so as not to waste people's time.

One on the worst experiences dealing with a company I ever had. 1 star for the competitive prices but just make sure you are not trying to refund anything. It will take almost a month and they give you the runaround.

I would use extreme caution if ordering from their Web catalog. I tried to cancel a small order was told it was canceled was sent a credit note for my charge card and then the parcel was sent, has been received and no word on the refund for the hinges I didn't want. If you live in the Calgary area they may be fine people to deal with but my experience thus far has nor been confidence inspiring.

Great experience. I needed a single 256mm cabinet pull for a repair I was doing. The staff looked through their samples to see if they had one in stock that would work, unfortunately they did not but were able to get my order in next day from a local manufacturer for a great price!I noticed they have beautiful wall hooks (part of the &more) that are imported from all over! I will definitely be going back and might even have been inspired enough to make a project out of replacing all our cabinets hardware!

Called to order pulls for my kitchen and gave my name and address for order and was told they would email me receipt and never got the email and called the next day and the owner frank gave me the wrong name and address I gave him the day before and he also sounded like he was on drugs or something..I would definitely not recommend this company..stay away! Horrible experience

Had a great experience purchasing our hardware for our new kitchen. I huge shout out to Marlene, she was fantastic, from the first day in the show room, to the subsequent quote, our order and many follow-ups; Marlene was super friendly, and very quick on all requests and responses. In this day and age it's very rare to encounter an employee who seems to actually like their job and are so good at it.

Handles & More was a great place to explore for handle options not normally found at big box stores. We are very happy with the handles we purchased for our kitchen and mud room (the Skylight pull).That being said, I am quite disappointed in the company’s return policy. We took several months to complete our renos and bought pulls of various sizes while we were in the decision making process. I went to return the handles on Monday only to find out that the return window is just two weeks!It’s surprising to me that Handles & More would not stand behind their product for longer than two weeks knowing that many people take months to complete renovations and make decisions. I can understand if the product was no longer in stock, but in this case, the Skylight pull is quite popular and still in stock. Beyond that, the company’s hours are very limiting for regular working adults to actually be able to make a return. Both my husband and I work full-time and need to pick up our daughter at daycare, so without any weekend hours, we were unable to make it to the store anytime sooner. Now that I am on maternity leave (due this Friday), I finally had the opportunity to bring the leftover handles back. Apparently, they will now be open on Saturdays starting this week, but this did not help in my situation.Unfortunately, now I am out $450 after spending over $1450 with the company. Be aware, there are no exceptions to this return policy! Handles & More will not be receiving return business from me.
