Fist time customer, each bay is individual with individual heaters to keep you warm. My wand was leaking quite a lot which was not ideal.Alright pressure, not the best, but not the worst.It's a carwash.Best thing I noticed was the soap worked very well, didn't need to use the brush at all.I'd go back if I drive by, it's in a convenient area, but won't "plan" on it.

We used the protective coating service on our car. All though we went there for the basic package the owner took time and care to call us and ensure we got the best coating package for our type of car. We did not feel the owner was trying to upsell us but instead helping us ensure we were getting what we needed for our car. We were impressed with the professionalism, advice, and job done. We would recommend this business to anyone looking for this type of service.

This is the worst car wash experience I've ever had. The attitude of the staff was extremely poor. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I paid for a regular car wash and, while using my own towel to wipe my car, they insisted that I couldn't hand wash it. They insisted I leave, and three staff members continuously disturbed me. I was already paying and using water, but they kept bothering me, leading me to spend much more money. I am very angry, and I will never come back. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. If you want to experience such terrible service, you are very welcome to go there.

Highly recommend this business. I dealt with both Emma and Caitlin, both excellent helpful staff members.Always a smile, neither seem to get flustered at anything, effectively managing each call and person with ease and a helpful attitude and always a smile.So very refreshing.To the owner - I hope you appreciate these employees as they are generating so much goodwill. $$$ worth of goodwill.Plus they did an excellent job on my car.I'll be back.DebServices: Steam cleaning

I could easily find this place with a little search and visited here for a simple car wash. The water pressure was sufficient and it was very easy to use the gun.Just high pressure rinsing can give you a clean enough result and It's especially good for winter because it even has a dry function.The detail service area at the entrance also looks very clean compared to other shops, so I want to get a service next time. This is a small car wash, but it's very attractive enough to recommend.

The crew at Happy Bays Car Wash detailed the interior and cleaned / cut and polished the exterior of our well battered van. They did a great job, were pleasant to deal with and finished the job early! I'll come back.

Great car wash! Went through the touchless wash with two very dirty cars and each time came out spotless. Water pressure was very strong and a lot of soap through each wash. Previously a customer of Shell, but will be continuing with Happy Bays as wash quality was excellent!

The detailing was so thoroughly well done. My car looks immaculate. I also had a random mechanical issue (unrelated to detailing) and Saan went above and beyond to help me out. The customer service before, during and after the appointment was fantastic. I highly recommend Happy Bays.

Happy bays is really make me happy when I am washing my car. The crew it is really friendly and welcoming, the washing system it is working properly and it is having nice foam and soap which I do love and I cannot find in too many places, also it is kept tidy. I am down to drive 15 minutes to this location to take care of my car just because how this place is making me feel. Enough space to take your time and clean your baby without feeling that you are rushed. Good job guys!

I had my vehicle cleaned up to prepare for sale. The guys were very professional and honest and upfront saying certain scratches won't be fixed as they're too deep but they ended up doing a great job. They didn't try to push extra services I didn't need or want yet enough to make my rig look super clean. I'd highly recommend these guys for any buffing or Polishing work and of course detailing.Services: Steam cleaning
