This place exceeded my expectations! The technicians are very skilled and truly pay attention to detail. I got a pedicure and dip powder manicure, and both turned out amazing. The foot massage during the pedicure was so relaxing. They also have a huge selection of colors, which I loved. Clean, professional, and great service overall.

This was my second time at this nail salon. The first time my shellac peeled off after a day. I gave it a second chance because all I needed was a pedicure with no colour, so how could you mess that up? Well when I tell you this was the worst pedicure of my life, I am not exaggerating. I got home and a piece of one of the toe nails she cut was still hanging on the nail. Clearly she did not file when I asked for “round” … it looked like my husband cut them - like when they look more like an octagon shape from the clippers. None of my cuticles were touched either. I came home and gave myself another pedicure. What a waste of $ and my time.

Hi! I've been meaning to complement this place for awhile. The staff are all lovely. My nails look immaculate from their detailed and amazing work. I also like how there is a lot of light inside the building. I keep coming back, so it must be great!

So much went wrong with our appointment and services.
Firstly, they were short staffed. The lady doing my treatment was going back and forth from one client to another without changing her gloves. My pedicure was rushed. She didn’t even file my toe nails. Cut my toe because she was trying to rush my pedicure. Then brought another lady from the massage area to complete my pedicure. This lady clearly had NO idea what she was doing as she had to keep asking if she was doing it correctly.
Secondly, they quoted me a price which both my daughter and I heard and she wrote it on a piece of paper and showed us the price. So I’m 100% sure of the price as we not only heard it we saw it written down. When it came time to pay they charged me a different price and said they never said that price which I was shocked about. I asked to see the paper she wrote it on and she conveniently could not find it.
Thirdly, the shellac on my fingers looks terrible and uneven.
And lastly, the massage we got was for 30 minutes which we never got because some lady kept coming in an interrupting us during the massage trying to get us to get a longer massage. When I said I only wanted 30 minutes she said something loud in her language and walked away angry.
I will not be returning here again. I’m going back to Western Nails which may be slightly higher in price, but they provide a better service and don’t lie!
The whole experience was terrible!!!

Things that would make this place a 5 star is if these sweet ladies took their time doing the mani/pedi’s. I understand that they have multiple clients back to back and what not but with the level of speed they work at, it gets hard to enjoy their craft and enjoy my time to relax being there. It would also be appreciated if another step of professionalism is taken into action; despite possible language barriers, it would be great if they could remain their composure when being asked to do something, fix or adjust anything towards their service because at the end of the day, us customers are paying for your service which is catered to how we may like our things done. Nonetheless I will continue to come back, their place is clean and nice. I just don’t want such a great business fall short in the simple things.

This is a really good place for massage. The girls always work so hard to get all the knots and kinks out of my back. Their Reflexology foot massages are really good to. This place is definitely worth trying, you won't be disappointed.
