Not the first time this has happened. Was told I needed to replace parts already replaced in previous service. Really resent being duped into unnecessary services and costs. Considering taking my service needs elsewhere.

I took my car in to Heritage Honda to be serviced, and was really impressed with the whole experience. Everything was very straight forward, and I ended up getting my car back faster than anticipated.
I really appreciate my Service Advisor Michelle for doing a great job. I will definitely be returning to Heritage Honda in the future.

I take my Honda here for some service work. Happy with the work done and customer experience in general. Only complaint is that everytime the amount of maintenance work that they try to upsell is getting out of hand. For someone that doesn’t know much about vehicles with the upsell they can try and change a 150$ appointment to a 1000$ +

Love the team, love my Civic.
The "lifetime oil change" program is not real. I got 1 free oil change and then for the 2nd I needed to pay $200-300 for a brake inspection in order to get the free oil change. It's a brand new car so that's obviously a joke.
So you get 1 free oil change, just be aware of that and don't let the "lifetime" program influence your purchasing decision!
Still a good dealership overall.

We just took delivery of a used vehicle from Heritage Honda and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Sales rep Dylan Robinson was a pleasure to deal with as was Financial Services Manager Hitesh Bhagwani. No high pressure sales tactics and genuinely nice people to deal with! I can recommend both without reservation!
