Maddy/maddie (not sure how they spell their name) went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have a product in stock I was looking for. I was able to get it at a different location thanks to their help! Always have a great experience when I come here :)

Terrible customer service, the lady that was “helping” us was extremely rude, didn’t want to help us and was trying to scam us, never coming here again, don’t take it out on your customers when you are having a bad day.

RUDE male staff shouted at us for not knowing where the cashier line is. Only 1 cashier was open and helping 1 customer, no other people was lining up so we were waiting for our turn. There are 2 other staff behind the counter but instead of saying I can help you over here, this tall guy shouted THE LINE STARTS WHERE THE SIGN IS AND IT'S OVER THERE! Then he continued talking on his phone!

I come to this store constantly. including a lot of the time during my break at work and I’m always welcomed into the store. its such a positive environment and everyone is very helpful finding what i need. admittedly half my closet is from their store but I’m not upset about it. I love the different shirt styles. as well as their size range is very nice! as an added bonus their clothing is good quality fabric and is never stiff or old feeling, and there are lots of chances to get some money off your purchase as a frequent shopper with a membership!

Everytime I come in here, albeit for myself or for gift shopping theres always a solid selection of items ranging to dainty pins to a wide selection of clothing items with all your favourite anime & bands on them. Entire team is always helpful & kind every visit I've had at this location.

This store has just gotten sad. I used to love shopping here and always bought something now it's like they have nothing. I can't find merch of my favourite bands like what happened to the band merch?? Like did they stop selling band merch?

I love this store for like the discounted and sale items but it's pretty expensive especially the vast majority of shirts
