“We had our wedding September 2024 at the Inn on the Officer’s garden and they were so helpful during the planning stages. They were willing to meet with us throughout the process and even helped us meet with the head chef to accommodate the many food allergies and preferences of our guests. We had planned to get married outside in the garden yet our wedding day had torrential rain the entire day and the Inn staff quickly pivoted plans to the indoor option creating a beautiful atmosphere and space. The food was also absolutely incredible with a variety of options. I wish I could go back and have the soup options and more of the other buffet options again! We still talk about the food. Thank you very much for being a part of our wedding day.”

“Had an unexpectedly excellent stay at the The Westin Calgary Airport. What was supposed to be a quick, unplanned stop turned into a two-night stay, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The front desk team, Nicole and Sujith, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. After a long and chaotic travel day, their professionalism and friendliness made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

The service continued at the bar where Ganesh provided exceptional hospitality. Attentive, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does, he made the bar a great place to unwind in the evening.

Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive thanks to Naz, whose service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. It made the start of the day feel relaxed and well taken care of.

A special mention also goes to the shuttle driver, Fernando, who kept us safe on the road and shared some hilarious travel stories along the way. It turned what could have been a routine airport shuttle into one of the most memorable parts of the stay.

Beyond the service, the hotel itself is excellent. The pool area is great, the gym is legitimately well equipped, and the overall facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable.

What started as a completely unplanned stay ended up being one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. We were genuinely impressed by how accommodating and kind everyone was. Highly recommended.”

“This hotel is perfect for corporate stays. I stay at this hotel once weekly sometimes without a reservation, but they always accommodate. The rooms are clean. The staff are genuine and very, very helpful.”

“I didn’t realize that the pool was in the middle of the hotel with no door to access it so not only does it smell like pool everywhere but nothing is sound proof so you can hear the kids in the pool even if your room is on the 4th floor. Staff were very friendly though, decent location and complimentary underground parking”

“Excellent service by the front desk staff Sarah and John. They were so helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The housekeeping staff was also very nice and provided really clean rooms. The restaurant is great and kid friendly with a fun games room. Steps to the airport too!”

“Port ‘O Call Best Western is a great location. Needed a staycation to unwind after my surgery. The rooms were all recently renovation and fresh, the housekeeping team keeps every very clean and in good repair. Whether staycation or a place for your visiting guest, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Our travel agent booked us here for a brief, one night stop-over en route from Banff for a flight to Toronto. What a fabulous hotel! We loved the ambience of the public areas and the outdoor pool. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had dinner later at a local restaurant, but the pool snacks we chose here were great.
Service was excellent, especially from Nargiz, who gave us a wonderful friendly welcome and was really helpful with recommendations for places to visit and eat, and when we had trouble contacting our airline over an issue at short notice - a great ambassador for Calgary and for the hotel. We definitely recommend staying here.”

“Good experience overall. Room was decent but overall the property seems to need a little maintenance TLC. Location does not have much upscale nearby but close to the football stadium and LRT line. Good food choices about 10 minutes away by car.”

“We stayed at Best Western Airport Inn last weekend when we came to pick up our cousin from Calgary Airport, and we had a wonderful experience.

Our check-in was very late, but the staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and helpful despite the late hour. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free after a long day of travel.

Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, you would hardly notice it. There was no disturbance from construction, and the atmosphere remained quiet and comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a restful night.

What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful welcome bag prepared by the management. Inside was a cartoonized picture of our family, which was such a heartfelt and personal gesture. A special thank you to GM Marites for going above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Our kids absolutely loved the picture and were so excited to receive such a unique keepsake.

It’s rare to find this level of genuine care and hospitality. We are very grateful for the warm welcome and will definitely remember this stay. Highly recommended!”
