“Had an unexpectedly excellent stay at the The Westin Calgary Airport. What was supposed to be a quick, unplanned stop turned into a two-night stay, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The front desk team, Nicole and Sujith, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. After a long and chaotic travel day, their professionalism and friendliness made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

The service continued at the bar where Ganesh provided exceptional hospitality. Attentive, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does, he made the bar a great place to unwind in the evening.

Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive thanks to Naz, whose service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. It made the start of the day feel relaxed and well taken care of.

A special mention also goes to the shuttle driver, Fernando, who kept us safe on the road and shared some hilarious travel stories along the way. It turned what could have been a routine airport shuttle into one of the most memorable parts of the stay.

Beyond the service, the hotel itself is excellent. The pool area is great, the gym is legitimately well equipped, and the overall facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable.

What started as a completely unplanned stay ended up being one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. We were genuinely impressed by how accommodating and kind everyone was. Highly recommended.”

“I didn’t realize that the pool was in the middle of the hotel with no door to access it so not only does it smell like pool everywhere but nothing is sound proof so you can hear the kids in the pool even if your room is on the 4th floor. Staff were very friendly though, decent location and complimentary underground parking”

“I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Arts Kensington. The location is perfect — close to downtown but still quiet and charming. My room was beautifully designed and even had a cozy fireplace, which made it feel extra special. The hotel has that true boutique feel — stylish, comfortable, and personal. “Port ‘O Call Best Western is a great location. Needed a staycation to unwind after my surgery. The rooms were all recently renovation and fresh, the housekeeping team keeps every very clean and in good repair. Whether staycation or a place for your visiting guest, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“We stayed at Best Western Airport Inn last weekend when we came to pick up our cousin from Calgary Airport, and we had a wonderful experience.

Our check-in was very late, but the staff were incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and helpful despite the late hour. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free after a long day of travel.

Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, you would hardly notice it. There was no disturbance from construction, and the atmosphere remained quiet and comfortable throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a restful night.

What truly made our stay special was the thoughtful welcome bag prepared by the management. Inside was a cartoonized picture of our family, which was such a heartfelt and personal gesture. A special thank you to GM Marites for going above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated. Our kids absolutely loved the picture and were so excited to receive such a unique keepsake.
