First time yoga. Faculties were excellent, staff very friendly and knowledgable. Made to feel very welcome. All ages and abilities in the class. Jo-Anne was outstanding leading the class I found all the instructions clear and I really enjoyed it. Definitely returning. Can’t believe how many calories I burned
