Rogers was able to get me approved on a 2022 ram 1500 when a lot of places were telling me that they cannot get me approved, it was an easy process i came in twice and i was able to get the vehicle the second time..it was all cleaned and ready to go thanks roger appreciate your help

My daughter and I had a good experience, I believe it was through this dealership, unfortunately she crashed the vehicle, and I made the mistake of using the experience and used Leduc House of Cars, no star experience, no mention of car Failed Out of Province inspection before completing deal had to call their mechanic, it will cost me more than $6000.00 to pass it so it can be registered, should have used you guys again, don't hire Jesse hyrniuk as a sales person, go to another House of cars than Leduc.

Buying an older second hand vehicle is stressful, more-so when you are guiding your teenage son through the process ! After months of searching we found a potential vehicle at House of Cars - complete with a comprehensive CarFax report -unfortunately it was not our local dealership but we made the journey . We met our salesman Asad who helped us throughout the process & we negotiated a deal that fitted with our son's finances. Whilst the buying process was smooth when we collected the car there was an unexpected issue on the journey home. Once home we contacted Asad who responded immediately and made arrangements for us to have the issue dealt with at our local House of Cars. Colton the Manager was also readily available with updates regarding how House of Cars would accommodate us. The Service Manager Tyson at our local HofC was fantastic too and the issues were dealt with in a timely manner with a courtesy ride back home when we dropped off the car.
The car is now our son's pride & joy and we cannot be more more thankful to Asad & Colton for their prompt resolution of our un-nerving situation. Our experience with House of Cars Macleod Trail was impressive and there is no doubt that their After Sales Service was second to none !
The proof of a trustworthy car dealership is how well they deal with their customers when something doesn't go to plan or an unexpected problem occurs and our experience with them leads us to highly recommend House of Cars, Macleod Trail & a huge thumbs-up to Tyson the Service Manager at H of C Lethbridge !
