Hudson's Bay is a good clothing store that also carries cosmetics, shoes, and a variety of other articles. Staff are prompt, helpful, and very willing to assist customers in finding items. The store is a great place to be, though some note it is currently lacking variety in men's clothing styles and could improve the in-store collection. Some operational issues like blocked changing rooms or escalators needing repair were noted, but staff help resolve these situations. Customers report happy and phenomenal experiences, sometimes receiving discounts for minor issues.
Too pricey. We tried shopping in the men's department. No help was available and we couldn't find any suits.

Not sure what to say about The Bay anymore. Feels weird shopping there.

Hard to find an open changing room as many were blocked off, but with the help of a staff member, I eventually did. Bought a clothing item on sale. Happy customer.
