Have shopped at this store few times and never had such experience. Went there on Oct 4rd, while purchasing we were few dollars short to get the promotion they have, 2 sweet Associates started recommending items to us but suddenly another staff came out Mary Mae I think she is a manager or something and started saying very rude stuff to one of the Associate. This is highly unprofessional, screaming on your staff in front of all the customers. Feel bad for all the Associates who has to deal with her bossy attitude. Bay needs to do better.

In the middle of a seasonal change over so it seemed fairly empty. Besides that, I like the quality and selection that the Bay carries.

Sad store.. racks and displays are empty. Sad looking store. Lots of black curtains hiding the empty spaces . Men's shoe section is almost empty.

Nice clean place. Very little staff to help you with sizing or fitment issues. Even the escalator was not working so we had to go far into the mall for a washroom. Pricing for shoes very high. Some decent pricing on womens fashions, but men's fashions pricey.
