Extremely poor customer services, my car wash code was not working, which I purchased from the same store, and I visited the store 3 times to resolve my issue, but no one helped me. They are unprofessional.
Again today at 10:15am I visited store, the lady working was not helpful and she doesn't know how to deal customers, her behavior was not supportive and refusing all questions even I asked I want to talk store manager but she didn't provided contact.
Then I asked to provide me store manager contact they did not provided me, I don't know whom I have to approach and which one is the higher authority to contact, can someone help me to provide contact of higher authorities?

BEWARE - CAR WASH IS A RIPOFF - it only does the ‘basic wash’ even if you PAY for the more expensive washes. The staff and management are aware of this but will fight you tooth and nail - they’ll ‘let’ you run the car through again IF you can prove it (you must have a video). Anything to save on soapy chemicals - RIP OFF the consumers who pay top dollar for the wash - the car is never clean after the basic wash.

I brought my car for a car wash and I
asked for the most expensive detail they had on offer...the girl behind the counter asked me if I was filling up my car. I said no just the car wash...she told me it would cost $3.00 more if I wasn't filling my car...I have come to this car wash on multiple occasions and have never been told I would need to pay extra just because I wasnt using their gas services... could someone tell me when this changed?

I always come this store for fuel.
Same thing today but I asked go to washroom the Indian guy named maybe Manish (beard men) he is not allow me. Also his behavior is too much bad. Not recommended

Careful! They reversed the Supreme vs Regular buttons. Normally more expensive on the right, I luckily caught my selection of expensive Supreme (left now) just before I pumped.

Was an every day patron at this location. Now only go if I need gas.
Their entire parking is always taken up by skip the dishes drivers and Uber drivers. It’s like their meet up and chill spot now lol.
Never a spot to park so I end up just going to the circle k the next block down instead from now on.
And this has been ongoing for almost 2 years so there’s no need to act surprised by this review ☺️

Very bad experience I payed for gas and car was and while i am fueling my car I received an emergency work call so I asked the lady to refund me car wash price (with the receipt) because there were 4car in front of me and she refusedI will never fuel and wash my car her againAbsolutely not recommended
