If you are buying parts over the counter make sure that you ask a ton of questions regarding warranty. I purchased a battery for my FX35 because I figured their 5yr free replacement warranty was worth the extra money but when the time came to claim that warranty they demanded the car be brought in for a diagnostic check even though I never once took my car to their service shop. They claimed they needed to see make sure that alternator and charging system was good before they can honor the warranty. Complete and utter garbage considering they had already previously tested the battery which I had taken out of the vehicle and brought in myself and the test showed it was faulty. So I would basically have to pay for towing and their money grabbing "diagnostic check" and of course battery installation which would all end up costing me over $1,500. Their scummy ways didn't work with me but I would definitely suggest going elsewhere for any of your part needs.
PS It was the generic answer and denial as I expected but the story is completely true. Free replacement warranty should be honored and free of hassle but mine was anything BUT that. Luckily I was on vacation and able to pursue the matter until I got a new one but a 2 week wait for a new battery you had in stock is definitely unacceptable.

My wife and I visited Hyatt Infiniti to purchase a new Q50 Red Sport PROACTIVE. Shayne was truly a professional. Shayne was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions during the test drive. When time to write the purchase offer, Shayne was so patient and helped us without any pressure. At Delivery, Ray was simply amazing. From the "UNVEILING" of our new car, demonstrating all the high tech features (we are extremely tech challenged), to setting up our smart phones. Finance Manager Joao was equally a PRO, so easy going, thorough and efficient.
We have purchased many high end vehicles in the past from Porsche, Lexus to Acura and like. This entire buying experience at Hyatt Infiniti is outstanding. It was enjoyable, seamless and stress free. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Infiniti to all my friends and family.

Very impressed with the friendly and helpful service staff at Hyatt Infiniti. While waiting for my car, I was able to relax in the executive style lounge with a fresh brewed Americano while catching up on the morning news on the big screen TV. Service Consultant Tallah, kept me informed on the service progress along the way. 10/10 for Hyatt Infiniti of Calgary!
