We purchased American money a few weeks back. Took the remaining money we didn't use to our bank when we got back and one of the bills was counterfeit. Stay away. They accused us of lying. We filed a police report.

Tried to use ICE for the first time. Preordered CLP Pesos over a week before my departure, and was told they cannot fufill for almost 2 weeks. Pretty bad in my opinion.
