We had driven a long distance to get to the bank for attestation of important documents and we were skeptical . This review is specifically for Karan from the branch . He has the right customer service attitude , shows a lot of patience , and tries everything possible to help. Thanks to him our trip was not wasted. A bank’s reputation has many aspects to it but above everything it’s about how staff interact with customers who come to the branch for reasons that tend to be important enough for them to visit the branch in person in these days of online facilities to do most things . For a customer visiting , it is often about going away feeling that all efforts were made to solve the problem irrespective of the end result and knowing that one was heard and helped . Karan embodied all those qualities in our visit . Wishing him all the best !

Karan at the calgary branch is best banker I have met. He answers his personal cell even after hours to help his customers. I had few hiccups during opening accounts with customer service but he takes on accountability himself and gets problem resolved like it’s his own and makes sure each and every customer leaves with happy smile. He is so far the best banker I have came across. This was my first time
Dealing with icici cananda with Canadian and Indian bank accounts but because of him

I needed advice to open an NRI account in Chandigarh. Gaurav went beyond his duties to help me coordinate with Shabnam ( his counterpart in Chandigarh) to implement the accounts, helped me set up online and mobile banking.

Gaurav helped us with the conversion of our account to NRI/NRO account. He helped us answer all our queries with lot of patience. Everybody in the front office were friendly and greeted us with a smile. Would definitely recommend to schedule an appointment over call and visit the office with all the necessary documents.
