Terrible treatment at the cabinet design station. This would be my second time trying to make a purchase and both time left me piss off. No one seem to want to ask you if you need help. When you finally get someone attention they just pointed to signing up station and walk away. Once you sign up they give you an option of book ing a 2 hrs appointment or can work at the station yourself first. There a $40 cost for appointment which seem fair but since I don’t have 2 hrs to spare I opt out. Well guest what you are now don’t exist.
I came back and was able to work with Mouna, she really goes out of her way to make you feel like you matter. Her patience and understanding really make me change me mind about ikea services. At the end of the day IKEA is a big company and not everyone working there is as profession as Mouna.

Finding the items was easy. Parking was decent. However, the real problem is the customer service! There was a cashier in her early 20’s I’m guessing and she was wearing glasses. I had the displeasure of meeting. I asked to purchase those big blue bags, and she seemed to have a problem with that. Like I was bothering her for simply asking to purchase a bag. But that’s not even the worst part. So my total is as a bit over 1k. I tried to pay with my debit card, but it was declining. I could see her visible annoyance. I was confused to why it wasn’t working as I have funds. She offered no explanation to why it wouldn’t work. I was worried too because I only had one physical card on me, and the rest on my Apple pay. But the sheer embarrassment and shame I felt from the looks she gave was too much. I stepped aside trying to figure it out. I realized it was due to it being a limit on my debit card. But she never suggested any other solutions. Just looks of judgement. At that point, I didn’t even want to proceed with my items but they were gifts so I had to. Ridiculous.
I know that behaviour doesn’t align with IKEA’S values, so I was just shocked and disappointed.

The coworker experience at IKEA was exceptional, with knowledgeable staff and home furnishing specialists providing great assistance. Their expertise added value to the visit, making the shopping experience enjoyable and informative. Additionally, the store's home furnishing relevance to the local market was inspiring, creating a unique and engaging shopping environment. It's fantastic to receive such dedicated service from the team at IKEA, enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Return, express even took 54 min. One female staff processed 20 customers to the male staff who did 3 in the same time. Ridiculous. Sadly she went on break before it was my turn. The next male staff took 10 min to log in to his terminal and then said he was slow and not able to speak up as he was sick. I decided not to purchase anything else incase i had to do another return.

The IKEA consultants in the kitchen section have CONSISTENTLY been rude and full of attitude. They seem so unhappy to be there and inconvenienced by any question. This bad experience has occurred multiple times with different employees so it’s not just a one off.

Always low stock .
The crowds are really annoying .
We got lost and went in circles .
Other then that beautiful kitchen displays. And pretty good prices

I purchased the wrong colour of bedsheet, but what should’ve taken minutes at the returns departmentis taking the better part of an hour. The manager obviously is not switched on who covers this department. I would appreciate somebody from IKEA reaching out. And then tell me how I can take this down after you’ve reached out to me.
