Made me call into rogers contact centre to activate my SIM card number port, even though I supplied all my port info on the online order and specifically asked for imagine wireless to not make me call in and painfully wait on hold and explain all the port info. Not impressed.

I popped into Imagine wireless with my buddy Phil yesterday and I have nothing but good things to say. The service was amazing. Phil is 75 years old and his cell phone might as well be. The folks there, Aman and Poorvi were excellent.Phil's phone was so old that there was no simple way to transfer the data, but there were some irreplaceable photos on the phone. Aman and Poorvi tried several different methods to get the data. When one method didn't work they already had another plan. They would not give up, they stayed late after the store was closed to get the data across.The wonderful part is that, the whole time we were there, we were having fun. They were chatting to Phil and I on a whole range of subjects, cracking jokes. It was like we were just chilling on a patio. Their knowledge, dedication and personalities brought an older gentleman joy.Absolutely fantastic.

Ever heard of a business that literally doesn't want your money? This is it.They will go above and beyond to avoid serving you. I had a promise to pay that needed to be paid, but without my government issued ID, they refused to take either cash or credit!Is it policy? Maybe. Simple fact is I have made payments to many telecoms companies in store many times over many years and never once has my payment been refused.I suggest that if you have business to do, go elsewhere. Probably doesn't matter, but sticklers always find a way to mess up your plans. You have been warned!

Dale and Sam were awesome. I really needed a new phone but I didn't think I would find a better plan. Dale and same were able to get me a new I phone 12 and a way better data plan with Rogers! They were very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about my new plan and phone. Thanks guys!

Magnus was fantastic to deal with. I had an issue with some credits not being applied and with one email he managed to solve the issue within 24 hours. Professional and efficient service!
