Giving it to stars because it was clean, which is not good for a garage and had many bays However, I did not have a good experience. My daughter was not looking after her car and it was long overdue for an oil change and we get into the normal dealership so we drove up the road to Jiffy Lube as it was close. Had good reviews online. They were not able to get the oil cap off told me that they couldn’t but they could drain the oil and just pour new in. I didn’t really think and I agreed if they thought would be OK. My mistake as 2000 km later we took it back to the dealership because all the service lights, it wasn’t running clean or well and was leaking oil all over the street. The oil cap was severely stripped had to be replaced and I had to have another oil change and complete engine flush. By the time they were done, I was out another $300. I wish I would’ve been told that I should probably go to the dealership and not have them waste our time and money. Plus tje upsell I needed new filters, cabin, air, etc. and then they gave me a $20 student discount for my daughter haha whoopee. I know they knew that this was not effective, but they just took my money and treated me like the dummy I was at the time called and that is, unfortunately, my mistake. I called the dealership and asked to speak to the manager and he had no time to hear from me, wouldn’t bring up a copy of the invoice told me to call back as he was with a customer. I didn’t bother as could tell I would get nowhere. So… clearly they should stick to servicing basic North American vehicles not German cars. The dealership gave me heck for going to a place like that because specifically if the can’t remove an oil cap, then they don’t have to cored tools. They just charge money to get the job done. Luckily the regular dealership gave me a labour discount the oil change and the repairs and the new oil cap they were able to just find one to put on for me. It was running poorly and probably did more damage to my daughter‘s car than it deserved. Will never go back. Beware saving a dollar is not always the best option you end up paying job is not great. Plus, basically being flipped off on the phone by a manager, who clearly doesn’t care and was blaming me and then had no time for me.
