I was in and out so fast. The gentleman providing the service was very nice and very professional. He explained everything that was being completed and the service was completed very fast.I would highly recommend to anyone who needs an oil change on their vehicles.

They stripped my oil drain nut and it was on so damn tight it bent the flange of the nut on the oil pan. Its like they used a 1/2' gun to put it on they did the same thing with the oil filter. Dont come here unless you want some monkey's working on your vehicle.

I had to show the mechanic how to access my cabin air filter. Then they broke one of the clips to get it back on. They also didn’t reset my oil change indicator on my car.

Loved their service, runs a thorough check of all the vitals while the lube was getting replaced. The manager Abdul briefed every minute issue and offered available deals, his courtesy didn't go upon saying no and gave some useful and wallet-friendly tips for my truck's life. Pricing was fair and work was done with care, will be back every 7k run.Update: Back for another oil change, Abdul has left but service is still the same. ?

Be very aware of these guys. Yes they were friendly from what I remember, but they ended up destroying my rear differential on my Rav 4, and fast forward a year later, I find myself now with an extremely large auto bill to replace the whole rear diff on a vehicle that has just over 100,000km on it. The current shop I went to said the wrong oil was used and they couldn't even access the differential as they said the bolt was so stripped they couldn't get into it. No-one has ever touched my rear diff before this Jiffy Lube did. Please be careful of the potentially useless add on sells they do. They cost me thousands.
