Didn't ask to check my lights, didn't check wipers, didn't top up washer fluid, didn't measure tire depth (of at least my back tires), but charged me 10% more than I normally do a Mr. Lube :/ It was just me and one other customer.
On the positive, the guy that seems to be managing the shop was friendly.

Have been going to Jiffy lube in Bowness for years. Always have had good service and they are helpful with services that should be done. Great team, always friendly and trustworthy.

I had a great oil change today with Shawn, DM and Kevin. The boys were friendly, fast and knowledgeable.
I'd been going here since back when Doug and Tyler were running things so it's bittersweet to see things change but it's still really nice to drive just down the street for an oil change.

Came in for a quick oil change, Kevin did a great job checking everything for me. He clearly communicated each thing he was doing and double checked the cost of everything before proceeding. Only a 10 minute wait before getting inside. Would recommend going here for your next oil change!

Must have changed all of the staff because I couldn’t recognize anyone. They are friendly but they also seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Told them to do semi synthetic and they just ended up doing full synthetic, or at least they charged me for that. Throws on a $25 special filter charge. Don’t even know what that is because they didn’t even change my filter. Usually I’m in and out it less than 15 mins but this time it took one hour. Let’s just hope they didn’t mess anything else up like I heard in other reviews

Feeling dumb. Had i known more about engine treatments and how they are used i never would have aloud them to go through my brake vacuum line. Spoke to a mechanic at huyndai after having some issues with my e brake light being stuck on and was told this way of doing it is a big no no. Not only is my brake fluid contaminated, my brake booster may be damaged and needing replacement as well. Spoke to a manager on the phone, but right off the bat is trying to push my concerns under the rug. Iv dealt with guys like that before and i realize i need to cut my losses, suck it up and get it fixed on my own dime. Proper training could have prevented this.
