Good group of people that work there. They were polite, attentive and focused on their job. The prices for an oil change are much on par to everyone else, which is expensive for synthetic.

I’m happy to report that there are still amazing peopIe with good hearts left in this world. Idris who manages Jiffy Lube in Bowness is one of them. I was worried that my car was leaking oil so I drove into Jiffy Lube Bowness. Idris looked at it from underneath, then checked ALL the fluids (just in case) and tested the air pressure in my tires. He pronounced my car in “perfect health” and said I was good to go. No charge. I tipped him well for the peace of mind he gave me and will be recommending him to all my friends!

My first visit this morning. Easy as can be. AMAZING service!! Knowledgeable, no push to do work that's not actually needed. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Will make this my go-to place for regular servicing.

Mr. Idris was polite. That's the only good thing I have to say about this experience. Prices are 20$-30$ higher than other Jiffy Lube or competitors. Depends upon your vehicle. I got serviced in the 2017 Nissan Rogue and 2021 Infiniti QX-80. Paid 20$ more on Rogue and 30$ more in Infiniti. When I asked for an explanation why there is a difference in prices there was no satisfactory reason other than every shop set its own prices.

Great service. Very thorough. Inspected everything and even checked the engine codes included at no extra price. Found my new API warranty certified maintenance shop. Cleaned up the Def and TCase fluids, which were supposed to be done at the dealers in December. Paid a little extra for a 15K km synthetic oil. But way worth the price and peace of mind as an oil change in my hometown of Banff cost the same for blended and that only covers for 5K km. Great job to Idris and His team. And Jiffy Lube gives Air miles. I could just keep going on and on. TY again for the great service.
