I called Jim Pattinson at 7:19 this morning and it is currently 12:16 and I have had a tow truck come and leave. JP forwarded me in to ford as the vehicle is still under warranty. I was told it would be within 2 hours for a tow to arrive. A truck arrived after about 3 hours and left because he could not tow the van, it is to big. I have called JP and Ford a few times and they keep saying it’s in its way.
Absolute worst service you could ask for. I am in a large city and not the middle of nowhere.

Honestly best experience I've ever had, in looking for a new or used vehicle. The entire team there is amazing super friendly and approachable. From start to finish they were all so very helpful making everything easy and stress free. Amber, Jason, Raifie and Nicole went above and beyond to assist and help me through the process of what can usually be a stressful experience. Our sales process began with Larry and ended with Jason. We took our time so Larry ended up on holidays so Jason took over. It was a pleasure to deal with both. They took care of our concerns and made the whole experience easy and straight forward. Straight up pricing and no games or pressure. I would say, put JP Lease on the top of your list of places to buy a vehicle! I will certainly be back for my next vehicle purchase.
