abby is truly amazing! i never knew about jo malone until a few weeks ago and i decided to go in and abby was extremely helpful with the scents i liked and her suggestions for scents were genuinely so good every time - i also got a hand massage which was very relaxing, abby asked me what scents i wanted and made sure i liked them before using them for the massage! now every time i go into jo malone at chinook i make sure abby is there! i love the limited raspberry ripple so i ended up buying a bottle from abby!

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Ning, who remembered that it was my birthday this month and made me feel so special — such a thoughtful and personal touch.
Abby, who helped me with a fragrance exchange, was truly incredible — so kind, incredibly sweet, and attentive to every little detail. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and her warmth made the whole experience feel effortless and personal. I left the store with more than I expected — not just in little surprises, but in how genuinely cared for I felt.

Today we passed by this store, saw some event, went in to find out what was going on and the consultant didn’t give off a friendly feeling, but a feeling: you are not welcome here (that's what our whole group thought) as a result she said: the event is for those, who buy something, but it seemed to me that her friends were sitting there, about 5 people, from whom I didn’t see purchases, and they didn’t want anyone to join. I saw them making cotton candy, drawing portraits, making bracelets, I think it was cool, probably this group had a great time there, I'm happy for them 😂
It would be great to be more friendly next time, to tell in more detail what is happening here and not to create a feeling of uselessness <3

Experience was excellent. Ahmed answered my questions clearly and was extremely polite. Definitely shopping here more. Edit* Went the next day to follow up on the purchase I made and WOW. Seriously. If you like fragrances you HAVE to check this store out. Customer service is next level.
