Staff are helpful and store is nicely stocked. Despite having a company account with 25% discount at Mark's, I shop here as staff at the other places are clueless, hide from helping, and are very quick to point out they're out of stock in your size.....regardless of whatever size you're seeking.

This place is fantastic. I am a regular customer and every time I go there, they surprise me every-time. Lisa and staff were wonderful, professional, experienced, welcoming, supportive. Unlike other traditional staff “different companies” they pointed fingers to the items, very unprofessional. The staff at JobSite Workwear assisted customers by walking towards to the items and explained the different options and needs. Lisa did not disappointed me and went an extra mile by helped me with the list of items I had. She assisted me allocate to the products with ease, comfort, speed, and explanation.
This is the only place I purchase clothing items for work related and personally use. In contrast, the big-box retailers had the typical generic clothing. So called “school uniforms”. Hated everyone wore the same clothing. JobSite Work-wear has tons of unique products tailored on people who worked in constructions, warehouses, blue-collar jobs, and personal use. JobSite Work-wear built for quality, last long and toughness.
The biggest benefits from my take away was the loyalty program. The more customers buy at the store, the more points the customers earn and exchange for discount offers base on the points the customers collect. I would suggest the company offers more different loyalty programs for repeat and loyal customers.
Pros: Quality over quantity, uniqueness, professional staff, no bad experienced, should be a 5 stars not 4.6 stars
Cons: 1) Only one location in Calgary. On the other hand, Edmonton has 3 places. There are many open spaces to open up at North of Calgary. 2) online store’s products has more items than in store’s products.

In my personal option, I wish I can talk and meet with the owner of this place “Darcy” to get more ideas, benefits, experienced from the customers side “Workers”. More than 20 years of warehouse skills and experiences, I can provide some suggestions what the workers require for.

Everyone at Jobsite Workwear are incredible. Extremely helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. I won’t buy a pair of work boots from any other store in Calgary.
