I recently visited Journeys and received excellent service from an associate named Audrey!!! She was friendly, attentive, and took initiative right away.
I have some language difficulties, and she was very understanding and supportive, which made the experience comfortable. With her help, I quickly found what I was looking for and purchased two pairs of shoes.
One of the best store experiences I’ve had in a long time. Employees like Audrey are a real asset to the company. Thank you for the great service!!!!!!

Ashley the store manager is so disrespectful and i would 100% never come here ever again. Ashley treats her coworkers very poorly and her customer service is a 0/10. If you ever come here, do not speak to Ashley she is super rude and very unprofessional.

I came in today with my son to get him some new shoes, we had a guy named CJ who was just so awesome to my son and I. He was so vibrant, friendly and upbeat, the store supervisor/manager was equally great. Thank you guys for making shoe shopping fun for my 10 year old!

Kind of disappointed with Journeys at this point I was trying to complete an online purchase and while just creating my account …. It got locked for 24 hours… customer support on the phone was useless…..
then I contacted the store (CX support provided me the number) and they were not able to help me not to reserve or place the order I could even go and pay it today…
Both of them with lack of empathy….

Very bad service in processing a return. Long long waits. Don’t recommend for anyone. I would rather spend 50 hours buried alive than try to return a pair of shoes.

Went there last week hoping to get new shoes but all the staff were just chatting and dancing around ignoring a few costumers that were in the store. A girl had two different shoes in hand waiting for someone to help her with a size but staff didn’t acknowledge her or anyone. This isn’t the first time, seems like every time I go in there the staff just ignores you and they just do their own things, chat with one another. Just left and got my shoes at a different store

Staff too busy talking to each other behind counter to help customers. Stood looking at same section for 10 minutes, making eye contact with staff several times with no assistance. Entered hoping to buy a pair, left with nothing.
