The second time this year my daughter and I received a great customer service in this store.
In spring she was debating between two similar pairs of sneakers, and a kind girl working there (whose name I didn’t catch) helped her choose with just the right advice and opinion.
Yesterday, we were looking for winter boots and a nice store associate, Tess, brought out not just a size we asked for, but also a pair of different pair of boots which she thought may appeal to my daughter. And they did! So much, that we bought them right away! Thanks, Tess! That is truly a great customer service!

The staff here are amazing! I was desperately looking for partular items in a tight time frame and all 3 of the ladies pitched in and helped me find what I needed in their store, and then they gave me clear direction on where to go in the dreadfully designed Chinook Mall to get the rest of the items I needed. Highly recommend this store if your looking for great shoes, back packs and fun Croc pins. Thank you ladies for your friendly service and efficiency!

The lady who is working as a manager she was totally rude.
I didn't like her behavior.
It's hospitality place she should be polite.
I will suggest everyone not to buy anything from this store it's in the market mall.

Dropped in today to check out some shoes I’d been eyeing and the girls working there were awesome. They were super attentive but didn’t make me feel pressured. I was really appreciative of Dez who was grabbing me sizes - she was super knowledgeable and provided amazing service. There was a shoe I was interested in that when she checked in the back they unfortunately didn’t have in my size, but she came out with a similar style in my size that she recommended which gave me some more options to consider. Overall a really great experience and I’d definitely come back again!

I used to work there. It's one of the worst companies to work for. Terrible management and poor structure. They over work you and under pay you and expect so much for you and they won't help you with anything

Girls were super helpful and fast- usually at shoe stores it takes forever for an employee to come help but everyone working was on top of it. Much appreciated

Was there today and the 2 staff working were very helpful. The store manager (or the manager on duty) was very attentive. He helped me out with an exchange on a pair of sandals for my child. I would definitely come back!

I got really good service when I had to exchange my daughter's backpack *twice*...they attended to my concerns, home delivered our backpack within just a couple of days, and were v courteous about the 2nd complaint w a quick & satisfactory exchange. Things happen, products are defective, but customer service when it's good stands out.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Called in yesterday to ask about a specific shoe in a specific size that I tried on at a different location. They told me they had it so I proceeded to put it on hold.Showed up today and the sales rep presented a shoe with a style name that was nothing even close to what I asked for. When I said “this isn’t the shoe I asked for” she stared at me blankly and her coworker said “it’s an online exclusive”. I let her know I had tried it on the day prior and they both went quiet.Then one offered to order it for me online which I could have easily done myself and didn’t because I need them urgently. After failed attempts of telling me lies or giving me solutions I could complete without coming to the store they just stared at me.No apology. Nothing. Just stared. When I said “I wasted a trip for a shoe that I didn’t ask for, thanks anyway” they acted like I personally attacked them. And again, no apology.They definitely don’t know enough about their own products or teach staff to apologize at this location so don’t bother going.

Amazing customer services provided by a person named Ben (I think), but the 3 star is review is due to some treatment of staff that I had witnessed. Clearly, a staff member is new and still learning and had forgotten a step when finishing a sale, which is all good, most of us have worked customer service for years and we are more than understanding. But, a superior staff member started berating him right in front of me, giving harsh correction in a condescending tone, treating him like a child, so on and so forth. I was going to say something to the rude staff member but I decided it would've been better to leave it. Clearly the new member was frazzled and their way of handling their trainee did nothing helpful by any stretch of the imagination.

I recently made one purchase at this store on June 6, 2020. They charged my credit card twice, but my receipt had only one charge. Thankfully I check my credit card statements frequently. If I didn't, I would never know that Journeys stole 136.49 from me. When I called them about this, they said it's because they got a new register.... They told me it would take 5 days to get my money returned to my card. I still haven't seen anything and that was 7 days ago. I have now had to deal with my credit card company. If you shop here, double check your credit cards!!!!!!!Update - This company is refusing to give me the money back that they stole. It's been 2 weeks of dealing with Journeys. Having their agents end chats online to phone agents transferring me to offices that are closed and emails coming back to me saying they didn't charge me twice, even when I have sent them screenshots of exactly that. Don't shop here. This has been an absolute pain. They are no help. The issue has been taken to my credit card company. Hopefully they can rectify this situation for me.Update - It's been 3 weeks now and I've reached out to Customer Service multiple times and have sent numerous emails to Journeys with not one word back. I've had to submit this case twice. Still, nothing!!!!

It was just after Christmas to exchange a gift. They did not have my size in a color I wanted so had to have therm send it by mail. The size I received as a gift wasn't quite big enough so had to get a bigger size. It was quite busy with it being after Christmas but not on Boxing Day. I didn't have a chance to look around as we had other things to do. It was a bit crowded which made it difficult to dodge around people and the staff were all busy with customers but managed to deal with more than one customer at a time and still managed to keep them straight.
