I’ve shopped at and enjoyed many natural therapies at Joy & Vitality Centre! Their salt cave with Halo Therapy is so relaxing and detoxifying. You must come and visit them.

I have been searching for a C note frosted quartz bowl for quite a while. My husband and I were calling around and we finally found one with this company.
My husband went in to pick it up today and the cost of the bowl was $450 Canadian. Anytime I have ever bought a crystal bowl, Tibetan bowl, any kind of singing bowl, they come with a mallet or a padded stick to use with them. This bowl at this price did not come with that accessory nor did they give him a proper box, or the bowls original packaging to transport it in.
While they were polite, the customer service lacked.
Based on our first experience with them we will not be shopping here again.

What an incredible facility! The staff are so warm, authentic, and supportive.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this incredible store and its owners, Eugenia and Sergei. From the moment you walk in, you feel embraced by a warm, welcoming energy that is a true reflection of their passion for helping others. Eugenia, in particular, is a treasure. Her deep knowledge of health, energy work, and holistic well-being has been a guiding light for me, especially when I’ve felt lost or unsure about why I’m struggling. She has an uncanny ability to pinpoint exactly what’s needed, offering advice that is both insightful and transformative.
The store itself is a haven for anyone on a journey to becoming the healthiest version of themselves—physically, mentally, and spiritually. The selection is vast and carefully curated, from an extensive range of supplements to stunning Himalayan salt lamps, crystals, and breathtaking artwork. Every item seems handpicked with care and intention, making it a true destination whether you know exactly what you need or are just exploring.
And that’s not even the half of it! The services they offer, from massages and craniosacral therapy to salt cave/sound baths, are beyond exceptional. It’s clear that Eugenia and Sergei are not just business owners; they are dedicated healers, committed to supporting their community in every way possible.

I love browsing in heath food stores, looking for various anti inflammatory items I’ve read about but the woman behind the counter wouldn’t let me. She just stood next to me, demanding to know what I was looking for and wouldn’t let me look around. I felt like she thought I was a shoplifter, and it made me really uncomfortable.

They have super fair priced and delicious smoothie bowls. The coffee is my favourite. They are made fresh to order. Staff are super nice and helpful too.

Joy and Vitality has been a beautiful healing space for myself and my husband. When there was serious illness in my family last year, Evgeniya knew exactly what we needed being a very knowledgeable natural healer, and what she recommended worked incredibly well to aide healing. The sound bath with Sergei is a remarkable energy/vibrational experience, yoga with Rachel leaves you feeling grounded and loved, energy healing with Tanis is next level, reiki fusion with Samantha is profound, and angel meditation sound healing with Guiliana brings comfort. Add the salt cave and it is one of my favorite places to be. Thank you Joy and Vitality, you are all beautiful healers. ❤️

I just had an incredible deep tissue massage from Stacey of Holistic Fox Massage. Wow.I consider myself to be pretty picky when it comes to therapists but if I could give 10 stars I would! Stacey listened to what I had to say about treatment, educated me further as well as used her intuition to find the spots on my body that were crying for some attention. Pressure was deep, but not too deep - just right! I will certainly return as well as refer her to anyone looking for a very talented and educated professional who makes you feel at ease while on the table.From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I felt calm and grateful to be in such a powerful space.Thanks Stacey, I look forward to the next treatment!

This is my go to place for anything health and wellness. If they do not have it in stock, do not carry it, or do not offer it, they are certainly going to know where you can get it. The owners are super friendly and always very helpful!!
While you are there, I recommend a smoothie or power bowl! The cacao lush power bowl is my favorite, so delicious, so heathly, soooo filling!
