The accountant I had made a large error on my return, then was extremely rude on the phone when I pointed it out. I sent several emails and received no reply. After all that, I felt I was overcharged; by that I mean I was charged much more than I've ever had to pay an accountant before for similar work. If you're very wealthy, I guess these guys might treat you well and you won't mind paying $450/hour for someone to punch some numbers into a computer. If not, you can do better for sure—there are lots of accountants out there. I gave one star because once I finally sorted out my situation I was given a discount on my invoice and because the secretary is kind and competent.
