Best location hands down. Not only are they efficient and quick with their regular work on a consistent basis but thankfully they were also able to get me in within a few hours notice to get my flat tire fixed. Love coming here for my regular tire changes as well!!

UPDATE: I changed my review because the manager of this KalTire office called me and actually listened to my concerns. He sincerely wanted to find out what the problem was. It seemed to me that he is genuinely trying to figure out what happened to prevent that faulty service in future. He didn't ask me to change the review but I do it just because the manager seems very responsive and it seems like he cares about his business and his customers. Mistakes happen but the manager at this branch knows how to provide great customer service even when mistakes happen.

This place is amazing and the owners/staff are so incredible. Our car broke down on the side of the road a few weeks ago and we were towed there by ama. They got us in as fast as they could and fixed the problem. We were out of country on vacation so my dad picked up the car from them, offered to pay but they said no need, pay when we get back(it was only a $300 bill) and they were so friendly when we came back.
They even helped us with the new issue that popped up before we left the parking lot and instead of telling us they would fix the catalytic converter for $7500, they recommended we go to a muffler place for an after market fix.
I'm so happy with how they handled everything from getting us in, to the bill, to recommending a different place instead of just replacing it and giving us a giant bill.
Hopefully, if I go back, it won't be because of problems but I can't recommend this place enough.

Went here for winter tire swap, alignment and a slow leak.
Got a appointment quick. The time they gave to do it was spot on. Said the wheel alignment was in spec so no charge. Fixed the leak told me it wasn't ideal as my tires were old but did it anyway, said that my tires should be replaced after this summer, because of the age and the tread is pretty low.
Loved the honesty, the speed, and the price. Would recommend, and this will probably be where I go buy new summer tires after this summer. Also the staff was friendly.

I had a tire with a slow leak. I had a trip planned for the next day but couldn't go with a leaky tire. I showed up with out an appt and they took me right in and fixed my tire. Big thankyou to kal tire for helping me out in my time of need.

Dropped my car off to get one tired wheel studs replaced at 1:00 pm Tuesday and it was ready by 9:30am the next day. The first place I went said it would take over a week to fix. I am so grateful to this team for being so quick and less than what I was originally quoted. Love the convenient location as well!!

Honestly I have never had bad service at any Kal Tire. This location in particular offered super friendly staff and great service.
