I’d highly recommend Kal Tire to anyone. I had my winter tires installed there last week for the first time, and the team treated me with genuine respect and professionalism. Even as a single woman with limited tire care experience, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and did excellent work. I’ll definitely be returning to Kal Tire for all my future tire and wheel needs. Thank you!

I had a flat tire that needs to be fixed in urgency. I contacted one of their location but they didn’t had in stock. I requested to be fixed right away. so they arranged something from another location and asked to be fixed right away as i have to drive to British columbia right after for work purpose. So another location accepted my request and did it right away. Super fast, convenient, reliable and best service and supportive staff. Do recommend 💯

This rating is due to the behaviour of one of your employees.(Black guy with nose ring i don’t know his name)He just doesn’t understand how an electric car key system works and due to his lack of knowledge he denied working on my car. I always trusted this location for the Tire purchases and repairs But not anymore.

On a family vacation and we woke up to a flat tire. Nav at this location was absolutely wonderful. Fit us in immediately in the morning. We were driving away finished by 9:30am! Completely reasonable price for a tire change. Excellent service. I hold highly recommend.

Came here to repair a gradually leaking tire that turned out to be a damaged rim. They temporarily fixed it and charged next to nothing. Very honest and competent staff. I will be returning in the future.

Booked an apt, my tire balance appeared off and it was. Some crazy road construction on Salt Spring Island rattled the SUV good. They were fast and very professional and I appreciated that. This is why you buy tires from KAL Tire. Great service no matter where you are.

Absolute gems of humanity at this location. They went above and beyond and i never have to worry about if my car is done safely. And their mechanic quotes are extremely reasonable and fair.
