Great service for an oil change and a leaking tire. I've been a customer for many years. They want to be your service place for life so won't try to talk you into service you don't need just for a quick buck. Everyone I have referred to them loves the service as well.

Had my mothers car repaired there today. They promptly and accurately diagnosed the issue as a bad fuel pump and were able to get the car in and out the same day. GREAT SERVICE!Paul was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Started going here about 4 years ago was recommended by a friend. I work on my own cars, and i like how i can get a specific job done without the mechanics telling me everything else wrong with my car and trying to upsale services.

This business is all about money. Our company had the delivery cars serviced by this shop for a couple of years and recently we started to notice a change in the owner’s behaviour. We were charged for diagnostic services and told that the car needs to be taken to the dealer because it is a specific problem they cannot deal with. The dealer has done their own diagnostic and surprisingly the problem was different from what we were told by the Kingsboro auto shop. It was a switch and a pump issue that could have been fixed by Kingsboro but they just charged over 180$ for a wrong diagnostic and a light bulb replacement and sent us on our way to pay for another diagnostic and the actual repair. We were told they need to pay the mechanics for their work (regardless if it right or wrong) so they cannot do anything about it. There were other little things happening over the course of the winter months also involving the personal cars of our employees that made us realize that Paul is just not the honest Auto Repair Shop owner that we thought he is. Too bad it was a convenient location for us but I guess money changes people.Service: General repairs & maintenance
