Warranty program is useless. We’ve always been customers of Sleep Country and bought other mattresses before with no issue. Two and a half years ago we bought a mattress from the brand Kingston and the mattress is sinking, on both sides, but way more in my husband’s side. We got in contact with Sleep Country because the mattress is still under warranty. The mattress stayed on top of an IKEA bed at all times. After submitting a lengthy process of pictures online, which is comprehensible, they denied replacement of our mattress because “there was a stain on the mattress and improper support”. Why, I’d like to know where in the policy I have to oblige to buy the spring box with the mattress otherwise the warranty will be void, or where, for Pete’s sake, a stain is responsible for a structural change? Sleep Country simply gave the lamest excuse to not replace this awful brand mattress. Since when beds are not enough to support a mattress? It must be a poor quality mattress than to not work on a common bed. It’s not like we’re calling them to exchange mattresses every 3 months, and we never had issues before. So don’t buy at this store if they lure you in saying that they got your back with warranties, cause they pretty much can say anything to cancel your warranty.

Feb 2024: 90 days I've owned this mattress from Sleep Country. This is what you get, huge dip (see photo). Going with another brand with great disappointment. Felt like this from day 1 just thought I'd get over the fact.

Defective Kingsdown mattress after 6 months of use. I purchased a Kingsdown Hewitt king size mattress from Sleep country in November 2021. After a few months of use the mattress started to have depressions and became uncomfortable. After 6 months the depression was so bad I filed a warranty claim with sleep country..This is still unresolved. Now for a mattress as expensive as this Kingsdown is , the quality is horrendous. How could depressions or impressions after such a short time of use be acceptable? Save yourself a lot of money, don’t buy a Kingsdown. When you have a warranty claim they have a long list of requirements that will negate your claim and you will not get a resolution. If you do decide to waste your money on a Kingsdown or at sleep country ask them for the terms and conditions of the warranty, you will quickly realize that you have no way of successfully getting a resolution. There are other mattresses out there. This is my first experience with Kingsdown and it will definitely be my last. Absolutely horrible product!

I want to give Kingsdown Mattress a 10 out of 10 for service . Rob stepped up to cover a Sear's Canada warranty . Cristian returned call's right away to help put it all together . The shipping guy's at the back loaded the mattress in a safe and efficient way . Thank you .

Have to agree with the other reviewers - these mattresses dont hold up well at all. We spent over $3K on the Myside 3 and it basically collapsed internally. Junk. Fortunately the manager came through for us and offered a replacement from the President series - which is supposed to last longer. I have high hopes but we will see.

Comfortable for the first 6 months, have had large indentations since. $2000 mattress is 2 years old and just ordered a replacement (not kingsdown) as warranty would not cover.
