Hylton is so nice! Great customer service and clean store. Staff are very friendly in general but he definitely made our visit. Bit awkward to turn into from the street but plenty of other side streets to turn around on

I typically have a good experience dealing with staff at the Calgary store. They are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to assist.
I did however have an instance recently ordering online.
I received the email notification that the order had been received and that I would be notified when my order would be ready for pickup.
Three days after placing the order I called in because I hadn't received a notification I was told that it was ready for pickup and got it that same day. Six days after the pick up I received a call stating my order was ready.

I love KMS and try to shop routinely at their stores when I need tools or specialty items. I have found them very helpful, carry a broad line of items that support my needs and are generally very cost effective for my budget.

The store has a good showroom for Dewalt Milwaukee and Makita, but I think the opening hours should be longer.

We purchase multiple different tools a month, they are great on pricing, offer an excellent warranty program and the staff are exceptional, often going the extra step to fill an order ensuring our needs are met.

It was all right. There was some items I could not find. The store employees help look for them but we couldn't find them. Other than that it was a good place cuz it is lots of merchandise for stuff you are looking for in the automotive department but just one item I could not find but they usually do have it in stock so they said they will be getting more

Great store when you need to shop for tools. If you haven't been and you're in the market to stock up on tools for most trades, this is your candy store. Huge selection and prices for the thrifty to the wealthy. Plus they keep a record of your purchases should you ever need documentation for insurance purposes.

Best store for tools hands down. I've never walked out of here empty handed. The flyer has good deals. And then there are even better deals in store!

Great store with very knowledgeable staff. Their stock is fantastic and quality. Sometimes their till staff can have some attitude but what is kinda expected with us blue-collar folks.
