Nowadays it is not easy to deal with plans and phone technology. I had the opportunity to meet Slavi, at the Market Mall Location. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable. I don't
think at this moment I would have been able to accomplish what was done without his great costumer care, top of the line. When going to a Koodo store, make no mistakes stop by at the Market Mall location and look for Slavi.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would do it!!!
My experience with the Koodo Market Mall location was extremely frustrating. I reached out to the customer service helpline( first they won’t pick any calls), and they provided specific instructions that were supposed to resolve my issue. However, when I went to the Market Mall location, the staff offered conflicting information that completely contradicted what I was told. The lack of communication and coordination between the helpline and the store was appalling. It felt like the staff were untrained and unhelpful, leading to wasted time and further confusion. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and shows a severe lack of professionalism. I strongly urge Koodo to address these internal communication issues to prevent future customers from facing similar problems.
